Really anything above a 30 we'd be able to find a spot for. Starters need to be closer to 40. Depends on the position.

I'm a level 37 Kicker (who is also learning Punting because I'm bored and the last team I was on was having me punt and kick). Unsure why I'm not on the team I was on anymore, but I'm an FA now, looking for a team.

I don't know. We have like 6 receivers, all about level 40...it seemed like we didn't have enough footballs to go around.

I'll send him a message and see if we could bring you on. You'd be our # 1 guy. We run the ball a lot, but our top WR still had over 100 catches last year.

Damn the owner messaged me back, said he has promised your player to another team already.

If anyone is looking for a home for their player, the Miami Sharks of USA AAA#1 is looking for players. We've been to the conference championship for three straight seasons and should be very competitive this season. Just PM CBaker or refusetolose to introduce yourself.

Thats one position we are set at, and no real use for a backup. Will keep your name book marked though, in case our guy leaves us.

Ah ok. Asked mostly in case anybody else wanted on because I'm still sorting through how I feel about the team I'm on, but my guess is I'm done with them whenever I get off my butt and move on. I got 4 guys between 16-25 right now. The owner got tapped out and handled the situation about as bad as you could. Needless to say there was a mass exit and it further continued to happen in the offseason. I guess I had false hope that the owner was going to put at least some effort into the team. Nope. Right now on our top players section we have three defenders listed. My LB is listed twice. This is the same team Grant and Icey were part of and before all hell broke lose was a really well run team and we were making a serious push for the title.

Congrats RA - of course it looks like they may be rolling back the whole endorsement system with all the problems, but still really nice for you.

Thanks. Even if they roll it back, I still got enough money for one level 48 upgrade. I think they will get rid of it, looking at the backlash on the forums.

Yeah people start to freak out when they see things like 12 of a league's 16 endorsements going to people who no longer play there.

I have a lvl 36 pass rushing DE, and a lvl 29 DT looking for homes. Let me know here, PM me, or send me a message in game. I am looking to start. They can be signed apart or together.

DE: J. Gallagher
DT: C. Gallagher

I took some time off of the game, and now I am looking to come back. Both are currently free agents.

Hey all,

Ok, I handed out endorsements last night. However, there were some potential problems and exploits that came up after the fact that is requiring a bit of thought and additional coding before we make the current items active in games.

Therefore, I've disabled the new items for today's games until we can hash those problems out. I feel this is the best plan to make sure there's no issues.

Heads up for those who received endorsements: there is a possibility we will have to remove the items if we decide to go in a different direction with the idea. However, you'll still get to keep the cash you got as part of the deal if that happens.

Thanks for your patience, everyone, and I apologize. Feel free to lend your ideas and thoughts to the suggestions forum!

So, without any conversation virtually all year, I find a contract offer for Caesar today.

He's offering me 1k per day raise with no signing bonus.

But hey, the team did pay for quite a bit of my equipment upgrades.

Thanks, buddy, but I'll see you later.

I have a level 40 QB with custom equipment.
He's had pretty good success the last few season. Playoffs each time, good numbers.

Anyway, i just want him to start. This game isnt that fun when your guy isnt playing too much.

If you have a player that wants to compete in USA AAA, the Miami Sharks are looking for players. We made the playoffs in our first season in AAA and were a conference title contender the past few seasons in lower leagues. They pay for equipment and have great coordinators. Send me a message and I will pass it along to Cbaker and company.

If I wasn't going on vacation on Sat., I would really be looking at maybe moving on at this point. The guy running the team might be handing it off to a friend since he doesn't care about winning so much anymore. I asked for contracts for my 4 guys there and he still hasn't offered anything. I'm almost wondering if he's going to let his friend do as much of a clean slate that he would want to. If I don't get offers tomorrow, I'm not logging in until a week later so I might be out of a team anyway.

Also getting tempting to just retire my guys and move on. My guys get a stupid amount of play time, but I would also like to see how my guys do in a decent situation and right now the closest game we had outside of the 1 point game was maybe a 30+ point difference. I know they are reworking leagues yet again, but if season 9 doesn't make some serious headway to competitive leagues, then I think their model for leagues might just be flawed.

I just created a 6'3 244lb (just about my actual height and weight atm) LB Daniel Drickman.

So how do I gain levels? And I don't want to pay for any equipment, can I still be competitive without doing so?

Any other tips? I would like to develop my player into a middle linebacker defense general type mostly. Does the height and weight I chose have any effect on whether I can be as effective of a MLB as opposed to OLB?

Right now we're in the playoffs of the current year, with the offseason coming soon, so teams will be looking for new players. If you have a brand new player, you should buy equipment in the game, it doesn't cost any real money, just money from your contract. You don't have to buy custom equipment which is the kind that costs real money - it will help you a bit but you can definitely do without it. You will gain levels once you are on a team by getting a daily amount of xp and also xp for games - it moves pretty fast at lower levels so don't worry about that.

As for tips - I wouldn't worry too much about getting special abilities until you're a bit higher level. I have had great success with linebackers, and I think they just need good physical stats in several areas - eventually you want your strength, speed, agility, stamina, vision, and tackling to all be pretty good. I don't think that speed and agility should trump everything else, though a lot of people do. Height and weight have a slight effect on things but not too much - sounds like your height and weight should be just fine.

A good option for new players once the new season starts are the Pee-Wee teams, they start out with all level 1 players. You can also sign your player to a CPU controlled team if you want (each player starts with 3 offers from these teams) but there's not much of a community there. You can post your player on the appropriate Player Looking for Team message board to advertise him, and I had good luck going into the GLB chat room and talking to owners there - but either way it may be a few days till the offseason gets going and people want to sign new players.

You can view the contract offers from your player screen, it will be one of the 3 offers you see there - those will all be from computer teams. Personally I wouldn't take those offers - instead wait until the offseason starts and try signing with a new team. There will be a lot of threads in the Teams Looking for Players forums about teams looking for new players - so it's usually pretty quick to find a team that way.

I have two players on the Cologne Drenched Playboys http://goallineblitz.com/game/team.pl?team_id=3292 and we are always looking for new people. Owner is cool and the people on the team have been mature to deal with.

We moved up this past season and got spanked, but are putting together a decent team. Let me know if anyone is interested and I can talk to the owner.

Sent a contract from the Krakow Knights. You would be a starting WR for us!

Caesar Galamificon is a free agent again. I'm not sure I'll be boosting Caesar, but if you'd like him I'd be happy to have him play for you. He's a level 70 receiver now.

I just got a level 31 capped team, so if you got free agents in that range, hit me up:
