website for outsourcing lightweight design work

So at our brokerage, our agents get avatars on their biz cards vs. the ole status quo... however the designer we used for these is getting a ton of 'real' consistent work wherein he cant do these anymore. Is there a site where if we sent a designer the photo they could turn these back in, in different formats cost effectively?

sorry for the size of the pic

So are there any of these type sites for illustrators? I ask because I was just told its "not a designer" but "an illustrator" where we'd give them the photo and then they would "illustrate" them to be in the same genre as the examples.

Lemme see if I can get in touch with a couple old friends from my advertising agency days. They might be willing to do a little freelance work.

Ever have one of those moments where you're not sure whether this is real life or a video game/tabletop RPG moment? Just for a second there, I wanted to flip those cards over and see what their superhero name and powers were. "Dan Gregory ... Chillaxitron ... 274 degrees below zero. Howard Flaschen ... Flashpoint ... 12 million candlepower..."

No? Just me? I'll go seek medical attention...
