Yessir, bestbuy.com is on the ball.
So, I pre-ordered the collector's edition of Warhammer Online a couple weeks ago. Had a bunch of gift cards to burn, this seemed like a good way to do so. As part of the pre-order of the expensive edition, you get a few goodies and early access to the game, via a couple codes you're supposed to be e-mailed.
Anyway, week goes by, no codes. I send an email to Best Buy's support, and after a couple of days, receive this. Quote:
Except of course, I didn't ORDER Battlefield. |

Wouldn't the Warhammer Online development support be where you should go? Presumably, it's their deal, since it involves early access to their game.
Or, just submit the exact same question from scratch, and you might get a BestBuy representative that's not doped up. Don't just reply to the dumb one you're dealing with now, start a whole new query. Last edited by molson : 07-07-2008 at 05:38 PM. |

No, the Warhammer Online folks explicitly state the whole key thing is handled by the retail outlets.
