Sorry guys - I was the asshole who was the roadblock - got wrapped up in holiday stuff and everything and then I dunno...thought Sun Tzu was out of town until like yesterday or whatever so it wasn't that big a deal.

My fault. Done now though.

On the plus side - beat Miami 20-3!! Recovered a fumble early in the game for a TD and then put up another 13 pts (TD and 2 FG's) and managed to hold Miami to just an early FG...all they wanted to do was run the ball with Berry and they were like 1 of 12 on 3rd downs for the game.

Congrats on the big win DT! 7-2, with a win over Duke (7-2) already is big. I'm excited to see what happens if both GT and MD finish with two losses. Bummer on the loss Craig...but in a couple seconds you'll cheer up.

Great to see us pick up a couple of tight ends (we currently don't even have one on the roster) as well as a solid linebacker this week and hopefully that means the flood gates have opened.

We moved to 8-2 with a convincing win over the Hurricanes as we managed to battle back after watching Berry march all over us on the first drive of the game. They didn't come close to scoring again as they got a little sloppy with 3 total turnovers while we were much more careful with the ball.

Nesbitt had three TD runs on the day and, as usual, was solid. He did complete a few passes but the Miami pass rush was vigilant so we definitely shied away from dropping back after a few sacks early on.

Looking forward to hosting Duke next week...eeek!! BTW, Sun, you probably should flick off the autopilot.

LOL...I can vouch for you being up that late because I see you logging off before me while I stay up until 3:30am playing NCAA!!!

While I love the Call of Duty series (I've got every version for the PC up until I quit cold turkey a few years ago) I just can't get the hang of things on a console...and believe me, I've tried. I had my PS3 in at the office before Christmas and one of the guys brought in Black Ops and we messed around a bit and I just couldn't the hang of "looking" around with the right stick...I NEED A DAMN MOUSE!!!

No biggie, though, because it would take away from my NCAA addiction and we wouldn't want that now, would we?!

I bet i play Ncaa at least 10-12 hours each week. I can say easily my most addictive game.

DT-It was weird in game there was a user catch and my first thought was....fine i want to use the user catch too and that was when i noticed the no timer on time outs or else i would have had no idea at all you were not there as the AI was doing damage to me.

Sorry bhr...i was absolutely wrecked last night after a killer workout at the gym for the first time in a long time (couldn't even lift my arms up to a 90 degree angle) and then dinner with a friend.

yeah - i turned my autopilot back on so you could play the CPU...wouldn't bother me about the unfairness...i feel bad that we weren't able to connect and get our game on.

This week we have two H2H games, one of which pits a pair of 8-2 teams against each other. On the recruiting front, #13 Georgia Tech signed an incredible four 4* recruits this week, including two wideouts and a cornerback. Way to go Johnny! I'm usually good to go most evenings (except for Tuesdays...unless you want to play late as I usually get home from hockey around 1am MST) once the kids are in bed which is around 8:00-8:30pm MST.

That should help...especially the CBs as we're losing our two starters and the next best guys are currently Freshmen so at least we'll have a few potential studs in the mix for starting jobs next season. Adding the WR could mean that we transition to a more balanced offense going forward but with the potential of three 90+ rated RBs (if nobody leaves early) that won't be happening, if it ever does, until those guys are gone.

BigHouse - our TV died tonight while the kids were on the PS3 so tonight's going to be a no-go. I'm going to call a repairman tomorrow but not sure when it will be fixed. Part of my hopes it's a huge repair, which of course means I'll soon be TV shopping .
