Is she in great shape for a 49yo? Yes. Would I go ga-ga over her in a work meeting or a school function? I dunno, probably not. I've encountered plenty of women my age who are more or less attractive but may not be my type.
On the flip side, would she show any interest in my 48yo self? Absolutely not.

I just don't know why we are still making threads like this. For fucks sake, it's poor taste. Its reductive and misogynizing and yet the mods allow it.
