OT-Need Windows/Explorer Help

Without knowing how I did it, when I am using Explorer and the screen is maximized, there is about an inch gap from the top where you can still see the desktop. I can't seem to correct the problem. It never did this before. Anybody have suggestions where I can readjust it so that the window covers the entire desktop when maximized?

And yes, I know I shouldn't even be using Explorer, but I haven't broken free yet.

how about a screen capture - might help a little in the troubleshooting.

as far as mozilla - I am an old dog and it is a new trick - but I didn't like it as much as IE - biggest issue to me was google hadn't released a toolbar for it yet and I find the google toolbar (especially the autofill) to be a must have for me. what is it exactly that people find so much better about mozilla?

http://googlebar.mozdev.org/ Google toolbar(as linked from toolbar.google.com).

Firefox is more secure, and I find it quicker. I also prefer the minimalist approach taken with Firefox over IE's bloat.

Oh yeah, tabs. How can you IE users surf without tabs .

Not sure , I've had issues in the past of IE resizing, but they always seemed to fix themselves... sounds like you've got it recognizing some bar at the top of the screen - perhaps you've dragged the taskbar up there accidently and then moved it back?

sorry can't be much more help, mainly wanted to to post in here to make light of the fact that we post OT on computer problems, but no OT on a post about a man eatting his genitalia. Amusing.

Oh, and I'll say that firefox is great once you adjust to it, as others have said...
