Even the 2-star guys steer clear of Rochester.

Asheville is done recruiting. That was surprisingly difficult to decide.

Uh oh. Outer Banks and Asheville both got commits from 3-star players. The computer must have added players. Asheville had 8 3-star guys commit, and Outer Banks had 3. I hope that didn't cause 2-star and 1-star players to be excluded.

The computer must have filled out their classes. None of the 3-star commits had scholarships offered.

Oh brother. I didn't have any on my list. We could both cut them.

I am excitedly getting on the Xbox to see if I got any of the 2 stars I was going in on...

Edit: Particularly, the guy who I think could be a very good QB for our system... *fingers crossed*

Darn -

The QB didn't sign with us... didn't sign with anyone. So odd.

Edit: I got 2 3 star QB's. I hope they didn't scare the 2 star QB away. Blech.

I was happy that I beat you for that 79-rated tackle. Even though he's a junior.

Yeah, no one player who absolutely blew me away, so I split 4 guys for 2500 a piece... probably a mistake in retrospect as I only got 2 of those guys...

I am happy that I got both of the safeties I wanted... they could be a nice addition to our defense once they get some seasoning

I surrendered the safety to help get the tackle. Need to have a more effective run game.

I'm out of town until late tonight (Sun). I don't think advancing will cause any issues, as in nothing for me to do but look at results.

Arrow Offseason - Position Changes - Deadline is 11/11 (Wed) at 11 p.m. EST

We're on to position changes. As always, it's best to do these in-game. Doing them on the website is not totally reliable.

Arrow Offseason - Player Cuts - Deadline is 11/14 (Sat) at 11 p.m. EST

We're on to player cuts. You'll want to do these in game. Don't trust the website.

If you're like me, you'll have no cuts. We only have 67 players on the roster.

Edit:

I can't cut the 8 players I was required to cut as cutting both QB's would put me under the game requirements for the minimum number of QB's. I cut the much more talented scrambling QB and kept the 63 rating pocket passer (who is now my worst rated QB.) I won't use him unless both of the other QB's are hurt.

It would not let me cut both CB's either because that would also drop me below the minimum for 5 CB's. I cut the higher rated CB and will put the extra freshman at the bottom of the depth chart.

The 6 other players were cut.

Oooo, thanks for the reminder. I will edit in the cut list to the stage post.

I wonder if it would let you redshirt the guys you can't cut. Probably not.

It should let you red shirt and then you can cut next year. Also, you have to consider your cut requirements during position changes. I had to change positions for some of mine in order to be able to cut the OL. Either move the guy you have to cut to stacked position or move other guys to the position you have to cut based on what you will need.

If for some reason you can't red shirt, just don't put those guys in your depth chart at all. You can change their name to "cut me" to avoid putting them in as an error.

Each player can edit names on their team, if that makes it easier to manage.

Arrow Custom Conferences

Fairbanks joins the American, while Maassluis goes independent. Slight adjustments to MAC and MWC were made, partially to make things harder for our 2013 national champs, Fresno State.
