RIP Hal Holbrook

Hal Holbrook, veteran actor who portrayed Mark Twain, dies at 95

My favorite things from him were Creepshow and The Fog

I should have gone to see his Mark Twain show in town a few years ago.

Edit: Unlike a movie or a TV show, that's probably something that just isn't out there in full length, you had to be there to see it. Plus I think he always tweaked it.

He had great range as an actor, but I enjoyed his performances as a villian the most, as in the corrupt police commissioner in "Magnum Force."

Perhaps his most nefarious role was that of Dr. James Kelloway, Director of NASA, in the movie "Capricorn One." Cold blooded and calculating.
