You all gather in the mead hall and King Hrothgar signals you to raise your goblets in a toast.

"To the one who must be fallen! Now, what are the results?"

He looks over your votes and shakes his head.

"A tie?! A tie! Indecision at a time like this? And to think, you wanted to kill ME? I won't have it!"

Hrothgar (Poli) points his finger at CrimsonFox.

"You, you must be one of them, warriors, converge!"

CrimsonFox looks startled and suddenly changes form before you, warping into the horrid monster Grendel. He lashes out before the warriors can contain him and takes Telle's (vanilla warrior) head off with one swipe. The rest of you throw yourselves upon him and stab him until death.

CrimsonFox is dead, he was Grendel!
Telle is dead, she was a vanilla warrior.

In the night you are all disturbed by woeful sobbing. In the morning when you gather at the mead hall, one of you is missing, Darth Vilus.

Darth Vilus was a vanilla warrior.

So we have 7 players now, with Poli cleared.

So we have 6 villagers, 1 wolf and both the BG and seer remaining. So basically, 2 roled, 1 wolf and 3 vanilla villagers.

Overall, a 1/6 chance of hitting a wolf. Not sure I like those odds and I don't live very long and will have one heck of a busy day tomorrow, so I am revealing early.

I am the seer, I scanned Henry and he is good. BG you better block me

BG, you don't have to reveal though, either way we lynch one and I scan one and at most we are down to two players who could be wolves and a 4-1 villager to wolf ratio, thereby we have a guarenteed win.

I should go up in the cleared list a bit.

Why would I even hesitate to place a self defense vote on Poli if I was a wolf and in turn risk being lynched on a tie break? Especially since I wasn't the brutal.

Easy decision there. Wasn't going to go with one of the leading vote getters cause they usually end up lynched anyway. And wasn't going with someone who I felt likely more likely to be night killed. Henry is a quiet player and someone who doesn't play as often making him an unlikely kill choice if he is not a wolf and hard to narrow down if he is a wolf.

So, the few simple things we need to do going forward to make sure we win.

1. Votes only for Abe, EF, PB or Clap

2. Under no circumstances allow a tie

3. Have the BG protect me

4. The brutal villager state who they are taking out ahead of time if necessary so as not to double up with my scan choice. Or I will even state who I am scanning ahead of time to avoid this.

This. This will get you duked. I didn't even bother arguing that he was technically wrong, he went to my duke list should I have been lynched. I figured responding would only cloud my judgement and leave me disappointed if he was a villager. Without bothering to respond, I felt I gave myself a chance to take a clean shot at someone targetting my system.

I would just like to point out that a bad guy claiming Beowulf is the worst possible move ever, because then you lynch one Beowulf, let them Beowulf kill the other if you are worng, and game over. So you are pretty much guaranteed that I am, in fact, Beowulf, without he need for a scan.

My off and on girlfriend lost a close friend today in a motorcycle accident. I had met the guy a few months ago and he seemed like a really nice guy. He leaves behind a 2 year old and a pregnant wife.

Look, I'll be really selfish and ask. As a villager, I've been playing like @ss lately and I would like to see one win through (yeah, that means the wolves probably night kill me) but I do ask that I be left alive to be scanned. Now, you'll say I'm the cunning but I promise you, I'm not.

I understand the votes for me, but I am a danish warrior vanilla villager.

I will throw my one defense out there: I do NOT change my votes around when I'm a wolf like I did today with Claphamsa, for whatever that's worth.
