Let's push more.

Vote dubb

I don;t have any clues, but I don;t want to vote for someone new, and I don;t want to make it a 5-way instead of a 4-way.

Of the 4, Lathum and BK always get Day One votes, so instead I'll vote for either dubb or MartinD for now. I went with the first one on the list.

Not much of a reason, I know, but it is day 1 - there's precious little to go on...

That's kind of a weird thing to say since ntn and Lathum had voted for each other the same way that dubb and Barkeep did. I wish I had more to go on to make a decision, sorry Martin.

Two at three now...Hmm...

My vote is leaning towards Dubb right now. He's much too scary a wolf to take the chance IMO.

Lerri, Dubb is also a pretty effective villager.

I'm expecting to be around some of the time between now and the deadline, although probably not right at the deadline. I'm going to hold off on voting for now.

I didn;t look, I asked others cause I didn;t have time, and no one responded, so I am assuming that everyone has checked in.

Not much I can do to stop people voting for me if something I've said has struck a wrong note, but I predict that it will not be good for the village if I get lynched tonight...

I do have a good reason for wanting to vote for Lathum, but it looks like I probably need to switch my vote for self-defensive reasons, and I need to make that change now.

That bullcrap. I did check in before work. I just got home (after grocery shopping).

The fact that you jumped on me right after Barkeep's little error, smells like wolf. You might think I'm going to be absent and easy prey like I had before last game. Well, you're wrong, bub.

I totially do the same thing too. Remember when I tried to build a case against Blade when he had been day killed and revelaed as the seer in teh Necromancer game? I quoted like 7 or 8 posts until I came across it.

This post gave me a flashback to a game where hoops said this as I was preparing to vote for CR on a Day 1. I was pretty new, and decided not to make waves, and it turned out that both CR and hoops were wolves. I just wanted to get that out there to show where I'm coming from, and give my suspicion that if dubb is a wolf, then hoops could be covering for him, in case I die (it just hit me that the night deadline is not in the morning, so I won't be online during the night phase).

Hmm, do you remember what game that was? I think hoops and I have only been wolves together once, and it was a recent game.

We were talking about it at the time, how odd it was we had never been wolves together.

Okay, I don't want to let this get away. No real bad vibe on MartinD, but if we're going to throw darts at the board blindfolded, I would rather at least have a strong player like dubb go down with us having other choices available.

I had a bad thought right after Ivoted and went to check when Martin Voted. I had thought originally it was right after me, but after looking into it that wasn't true. Lathum's comments about how much is know on day one seems an awful lot like something that may not be true. I think I am gonna back off of Martin and hit dubb instead. I realize if Martin is bad this is going to look bad for me, but I think it might be worth taking.

Given those two choices, here are my thoughts:
- hate voting for Dubb on Day 1. Having an active/clever player in the game past Day 1 makes for a more interesting game. I really do not want to vote for him
- MartinD intimated that he was not a particularly good lynch for us and that he had reason to suspect Lathum. Could be total BS, but he hasn't logged a lot of games so I'm not sure that I'm ready to flag him as an early liar either.

I think I would rather push either Lathum (see if there is reason for MartinD's suspicions) or BK over either of these guys, frankly. But I kind of doubt there is time for that move.

Jackal - do votes at 9:00 EST count?

Well, my deadline is right now since it is time to put my kid to bed. I marginally think Dubb is more likely to be a wolf so I'll vote for him and hope that we are getting lucky. And when that does not happen I'll whine about how Day 1 sucks and wonder just what exactly started the Dubb train moving this afternoon.
