Here is a look at the new formation we're using. Still a 4-1-2-1-2, but the wingers are now centered.

Every time you play for your international team, you are awarded a cap. (Both figuratively, and an actual hat). So for example, David Beckham has 107 caps and 9 for the U21 team, and I am criminally still 'uncapped'.

to request a parent team, go to (your manager name), on the left hand side choose "Board Room" then go down, Make Board Request, and then find parent team

Thanks to the both of you for helping me out!

We've asked the board for a parent team. It could really help us get some loaned players on our team. The board said they are considering it and will discuss it at the next board meeting.

H&R unload DC Wells to Blue Square North's Southport.

I really liked having this guy as a backup, but he just cost too much money to sit on the bench.

The FA Cup is the largest, and most prestigous English Cup Competition. It's theoretically open to every team in England from the amateur ranks up. Some of the greatest upsets ever have happened in the FA Cup. Smaller teams like yours don't have a hope in hell of WINNING it, but what they really hope for is a game against one of the big boys. Getting sent to play Man United or whatever can make your finances sing (In Cup competitions the away side gets I believe 50% of the gate)

The Setanta Shield is the Conference League Cup. It's open to teams from the Blue Square Premier and Blue Square Regional Leagues. It's not a major tournament by any stretch of the imagination (a lot of teams will play 2nd stringers in early roudns), but it is a chance to win silveware.
