I have exported. I work tonight, of course, so I won't be around. And I don't expect to win. The kids are coming up next year. Still, I'll try.

Two teams are bringing out uniform changes for the upcoming season!

Apex star third baseman Alex 'Frosty' Quinones shows off the team's new jersey:

The Colorado Rancheros also announce a new uniform, going "old school", back to a late 80s jersey style as modeled by Naofumi "Wolf" Ueda and his port mustache.

By different stuff on D, I hope it doesn't mean put players who don't know which hand to wear their glove out there!

Use a graphical program like gimp or paint shop pro or such to take a jersey template and then design it how you like. I'm not that great at it and so have been doing all of these lately trying to improve at it. Several other guys in the league are much better than I at that type of thing

Then when you have a new jersey/cap created, the commissioner adds it in to the league file. I've been trying to go through and make some of the uglier ones look better a little at a time, but of course anyone is more than welcome to design their own (a few teams have uniforms designed by themselves or someone else).

I found the cap template, but my jersey folder is empty...any tips where I can find it?

The only way I know of is the custom cap and jersey template (7 down on the right) from Padresfanmods and a program like photoshop or gimp.

Edit: Little late, but there is the link for both templates.

You can actually take any team's jersey and just modify it as easily if you want.

I use Photoshop to do caps & jersey logos. I don't actually color my jerseys and such inside of the program, I use jersey templates and let the game do that for me, because it's easier for me.

I have a few thousand fonts and I like making jerseys, so if someone wants me to whip one up for them, feel free to let me know.

If not, that's okay too.

Have one owner with a technical difficulty he is fixing real quick. So about 5-10 minutes and I'll get the show on the road.

In the tests I ran, the top talent available didn't change. it just lasted a little longer into the first round is all. So actually less reason to tank I suppose!

Sierra starts out opening day on the right foot...

Sunday, April 1st, 2035: New York's Sierra Shuts out Rebels
Juan Sierra bent a little, but he didn't break against the Rebels. The New York pitcher hurled a 4-hit 8-0 shutout in a fine performance, surrendering 1 walk and putting up 4 strikeouts.

"Juan is good at getting out of jams," his manager told reporters after the game. "He's almost more effective when he gets guys on-base or gets behind in the count, because he uses your aggressiveness against you."

Another reason not to purposefully tank is because it's a damn shameful act. Suck because you suck, not because you go out of your way to suck.

Sunday, April 22nd, 2035: Rodgers Befuddles Apex
The Apex Assassins met their match today in Edmonton hurler John Rodgers. He kept them guessing the whole game and spun a 4-hit shutout.

"He just worked us over," the Apex skipper said. "He probably didn't even take a shower after the game. I don't think he even worked up a sweat. They could probably pitch him again tomorrow."

In the 8-0 victory Rodgers whiffed 10 and gave up 3 walks.

This year Rodgers has posted a 3-1 mark in 6 starts and has a 2.25 ERA.

Wednesday, April 25th, 2035: Keyte Gets Number 3000
Colorado beat New York 5-4 yesterday at New York Grounds, but it still was a good game for Heroes right fielder Ben Keyte, who went 2-for-4 and reached the 3000-hit mark.

During his 2738-game career Keyte has batted .295 and collected 3001 hits, 534 home runs and 2025 RBIs.

One of my pet peeves in OOTP online leagues. Its just disrespectful to screw the terrible teams that are trying there hardest. Trying there hardest but made a few bad decisions that you just can't break out of fast enough warrants top picks but purposefully losing is just mean.

Friday, April 27th, 2035: Rodríguez Records Shutout Against Assassins
Marcos Rodríguez kept the Assassins from doing any damage to the Settlers today at Ballpark of Boston. Apex's 2 hits and 2 walks came to naught as Boston took the contest 4-0. Rodríguez added 4 strikeouts in his complete-game effort.

To date this year, Rodríguez shows a 1-2 record, 5 starts, 28 innings, 24 strikeouts and a 3.86 ERA.

Tuesday, May 1st, 2035: Lemieux Voted Best RL Pitcher in April
Despite the number of years he's been in the league, Renaud Lemieux still gets excited when he puts together a quality stretch like he had in April. The 30-year-old starter for Hartford was named Republic League Pitcher of the Month earlier today.

He collected 6 wins and no losses with 44 strikeouts in his 6 starts, putting up a fine 1.50 ERA in 48 innings of work.

I see Keyte is still wearring his Edge jersey...If he liked it so much he could of knocked $4mil or so off of his contract demand!!!

Being a so so team and trying to move out talent for youth is one thing, being a good team and sucking to sustain a decent farm system is another.

If I start out 6-22 it only looks like I'm tanking. My staff is horrible. Hopefully my hitting has all matured to carry this team.

The veteran first baseman hit for a .456 batting average and collected 7 home runs, 22 RBIs and 20 runs scored.
