Barkeep, as moderator is there any way for you to lock certain members out of threads? It might be worth looking into. I can see somebody making an innocent mistake, and bedlam resulting.

I dont remember this being a power when i was a mod, so i doubt it has changed.

No such luck. I really think we'll do fine on this account. Everyone is a little nervous, but I really do trust the people around here to do what is right. Considering how many games we've played, there are remarkably few problems with people accidentally not following rules, let alone intentionally.

Only admins can do that, and the only 2 admins are skydog and ryanS. Its possible, as the mods(not barkeep) have their own private sub-forum no one else can see. But only skydog or ryanS can create them, and i dont know if they would go through the trouble.

There are real mods and then there are forum mods. Frogman and myself are forum mods, where as people like wade and Quik are real mods.

And no I can't create sub forums, or permissions or anything fun like that.

Roles are going to go out tomorrow and tribal threads will open then. There will be a short individual task that people can do anytime between Night 0 and the end of Day 1. Day 1, with its reward challenge, will start Monday morning.

Nice stuff. Is there any possibility that you'll sticky the Survivor threads together for the duration of the game? Not that we get a lot of other threads in here, but it'd be nice to keep them all together.

I don't think it'll become a problem, but if it does I will do so. It might be a good idea to sticky the common thread. We'll see. I'd ask that discussion move over to the game threads at this point.
