My high school is cooler than yours

Apparently my high school has a robotics team now, and they teamed up with NASA to create a t-shirt Gatling Gun that can fire 3 shirts per second. It has a 150 yard range and a 400 shirt ammo capacity.

Gizmodo, the Gadget Guide

Why couldn't they do this stuff while I was there?

Nothing says cool like a robotics team. Maybe they could invent a chick magnet.

My high school's football field was three blocks away, next to a strip club, and the baseball field was across a freeway, in a public park. The school hosted such influential speakers as Pacific NW pro-wrestling legend Dutch Savage, and the Power Team, who blew up hot water bottles and tore up phone books with only the power of their faith. I was privy to a an entire class session in social studies based upon how easy it was "to catch the aids" and/or "the faggot".

This is a niche that continues to gain traction, in no small part due to the $14 million worth of scholarships connected with the best known program. That's spread across more than 800 awards, so there's definitely some opportunities out there. http://www.usfirst.org/aboutus/content.aspx?id=508

A couple kids in my school created a woman by feeding their desired statistics of beauty and great intelligence into a computer and hacking into a government computer for more power, while connecting a computer to a Barbie doll.

After a lightning bolt during their experiment creates a violent explosion, a beautiful woman appears before them who, in addition to being totally devoted to them, has a number of superhuman abilities, such as memory manipulation, molecular manipulation, and reality warping.

And didn't need NASA.

Based on his profile, I'm thinking we would have just missed overlapping with him.
