Fan favorite Players
So, I am a team needing a quarterback, and as such I thought digging around other teams rosters for players would be a good idea. I found a team with two qbs with high potential ratings. I selected the one with the lower rating and it told me the team is unwilling to trade him because he, although he is a backup qb, is a fan favorite? I couldn't even throw a first rounder at them. Is there any workaround here? Obviously any team would jump at the opportunity to trade a backup for a high pick, and the notion that attendance would suffer for trading a backup (undrafted rookie!) is ridiculous. Is trading in this game just broken or is there anything I can do to pry a qb away.
I even looked at some other teams and many have multiple quarterbacks who are considered fan favorites. |

I think you're out of luck, it's hard-coded as an automatic rejection. Trading in FOF is pretty difficult, overall, intended to mirror the NFL (at least the NFL before this year when things seem to have turned a good deal).
