Just to provide some clarification on how this is listed at Textsports:

1. The new year shows up as clickable when I dbupdate from the new year.

2. The new year is the default once we advance to preseason. This is a product of utilizing some legacy code that wasn't originally intended for this purpose, so it viewed a "new year" as when the preseason starts. It is on LS's plate to fix, but just hasn't been done.
3. The "Upload File" and "Download Current League File" will always point to the current stages.

Well, I did a Download Current League File and it gave me the last file. I did this after Ben posted this thread.

I *think* it's http://textsports.net/files/fowl/203...2030%20FA1.zip and is now on the Calendar as long as you manually switch the Calendar to 2030 since that still opens at 2029...

Sorry for the misdirection... I clicked on the "latest file" as well and got a misdirection. I forgot about lordscarlet's "to do list" I guess. Was just trying to be helpful, it's just pretty fucking tough with that site.

Yeah - "latest file" should work as long as the upload is complete. If it doesn't, that would be something I'm not aware of.

I get that much. My point was that in trying to look for the file, I clicked on "schedule" thinking (naively) that would take me to, you know, the schedule for this season. When I saw a file that matched this stage, I neglected to double-check whether the site took me to the correct season, and instead just got the file myself and posted the link for others' convenience.

Like I said, it was my mistake for forgetting that getting things from the site to point to the correct season is still on the "to do list."
