I uploaded a file on Friday morning, but re-did the file Sunday. When I went to go and upload my new file to overwrite the old one, the uploader could not be found when I clicked on the button on the main page.

Are we only allowed to upload one file or is there a problem with the uploader?

You should be able to upload a new one, it's probably just having trouble.

Ben said that once a file is uploaded that file remains until he downloads them. You can redo your file but you will have to email Ben with the file attached, the uploader will NOT let you overwrite.

If I said this, it was before I got more information. You can re-upload, and it overwrites. The timestamp of the DAL file indicates that it was uploaded today. It's just the php code that displays the last upload time that's not taking multiple uploads in one stage into account. There's no need to email the file.

To be clear, its fully possible that I said such a thing if I gave it only a cursory glance. At first look, one would think that the new file isn't uploading, because the time on the web page doesn't change.

Yeah, ben is right here. The uploader will let you overwrite, it just won't be reflected on the status pages with the correct time/date stamp.
