Bengals down (hopefully temporary)

I had a virus attack recently that left my laptop unable to log on to windows (It just logs in then immediately logs off before I even see the desktop). I haven't been able to fix the situation despite replacing the userinit.exe file as I have seen recommended on various internet software support forums.. So I think I have to wipe and start fresh. It might take me a couple days, but I'll try to be back up and running by this weekend.

Got Ubuntu and Wine installed, XP wouldn't even re-install properly.. Also have FOF installed as well, now just trying to free up a license and I think I might actually be able to get a file in by tonight.. Fingers crossed.

You know, it sucks to only have 9 owners n all, but with the new rules involving the CPU teams actually controlling themselves and the new salary demands of players, it feels more competitive than ever. I for one, and I know I can speak for the TTWS, feel more "into" the league than ever before. Of the other sports leagues I've joined through FOFC, this is the only one I think about every day. The only one that I look forward to doing my export for, every stage.

Maybe it's because my history of sports sims has mainly been me and TTWS vs. each other for like 18 years but I still feel like 9 owners makes this a competitive league.

Well, the laptop I had for FOF has a hard drive failure now, and my team is likely not going to be helped by my absence. I can't currently replace it, due to a temporary spending freeze while my fiancee and I save for a baby thats on the way and so we can move back to NC, which happens at the end of March/early April. However, once arriving there, I will be installing a third hard drive on my main machine so I will finally be able to rejoin the ranks of FOF MP players again.

It sucks that this is happening now, but alas, it was bound to eventually. In my absence, go Bengals.
