From: Front Office Football

Welcome to the 2034 season.

We've signed a new 5-year television contract!

The salary cap will rise $1,000,000 each year over the life of the contract.

This year, it increased to $161,700,000.

The league's minimum salary remains at $410,000.

Wow, Leo was still in the league? My first QB in my first run in FOWL.

Glad these QBs are gone now.

Oh.. sweet...

My Main WR that I have been working on has decided after 6 years to retire and take on his lifelong goal of becoming a used lawnmower salesman.

Thanks for taking those $60 or 70 mil and running!

That is quite an odd retirement, what a kick in the balls.

Eh, I have seen it from time to time where a star QB just up and retires after 6-8 years. Doesn't happen often, but it never bothered me too much...

UNTIL NOW!

Stealers' ownership invested huge in their new stadium, maximizing seats at 99,900 and they're hoping to sell that out many many times in the years to come.

Attendance in Reno was way up in their first year, 271% up to be exact!!!! An average of 72,400 fans came to watch the Stealers win all 8 of their home games as fan support jumped up a huge chunk. Team ownership has stated that they will be increasing the price of their luxury boxes, but until they sell out every home game they will not be moving prices on the other seating.

Just noticed another big retirement for me, not current talent-wise, but a long time player. My last draftee left, CB Donny Gray, retired. He's the all-time leader in picks and passes defensed for New Orleans, and 2nd all time in tackles. He was a mentor to my two stud CBs the last two seasons, and a great player in his prime. He'll be missed.
