Fascinating Dream about Dreams and Relativism
So I just had this dream right?
In it, Nicole, the Tri-Delta girl I kinda like and who I've been talking to are dating. (I actually think she's single because her brother is a member of Sigma Chi which is why she hangs out there so much). We're dating enough seriously by Christmas time that she flies home with me for the break. I'm walking in the mall by myself while Nicole is off looking at shoes, when I run into Dreams. We start walking together and talking as she mentions this guy she's dating who just graduated from undergraduate in France, etc, etc. I'm asking her questions about that and about other stuff, like how the store is doing and so on. Nicole comes across us with a bag of shoes in her hand, but I don't even see her because I'm too engrossed with my conversation with Dreams. So Dreams and I end up at the shoe store where Nicole was shopping for shoes at. Dreams is browsing around when suddenly there's this crashing sound. Nicole hit the floor and somehow managed to split her foot open. So Dreams says, "You better go take care of her." I go to the First Aid store which coveniently happens to be right across the way from the shoe store, even though we don't actually *have* a First Aid store and I've never heard of one until this dream. A fat man with a walrus moustache asks me if I can help him. I point to Nicole outside and explain what happened to my friend. He says, "Oh, your wife eh?" I said, "No, just my friend." So I buy the gauze I need (for some reason a Band-Aid wouldn't work), go out and start applying it to her foot. Then my Magazine Writing professor, whose class I'm dropping because it overloads me too much when I already have a full schedule, comes along and says, "You're doing that wrong! I'll do it. Go buy yourself a cookie." Off I go to Mrs. Field's Cookie Shop which does actually exist. I'm munching on a mini-chocolate chip cookie a few minutes later when Nicole shows up. "You're in love with Dreams, right?" inquires the girl I'm supposed to be dating. "Yes", as I see no reason to lie. "I thought so. I could tell the way you looked at her, so I told her, 'Tim's in love with you.' She said, 'I know, and he's a really cool guy, but I just don't love him. That's why I got uncomfortable when he asked me out on a date date, instead of just a hanging out.'" I shrug my shoulders, "I know this." Nicole sighs and tosses her chocolate curls back so that they tumble down her back, "All right, but what about us? I mean I really, really like you a lot, and I don't know if you like me as much as I like you." I take a few minutes to consider this before answering, "I don't know how I feel about you. In Wyoming, yes I do like you a lot like that. Out of Wyoming, I really don't know." Before I could get her answer, I woke up. And now that I had this dream, I'm going to stop fucking around and go over to the fraternity house and ask her to be my date for Formal next Wednesday.

Yeah I've always wondered what treasures would be uncovered in an analyst's exploration of my mind.
p.s.-Nicole *is* dating one of the dues in the chapter. Oh well, no big loss. There's plenty of hot bitches up in this joint and I kick ass at drinking games.

Nuh, this is the first time she's crossed my mind in a couple months. It was more amusing than anything else. If I have an unhealthy obsession over anyone, it's that ex-gf of mine. Either that or the Australian model girl I know who I look at whenever I want to be reminded that there's still beauty in the world.

Tri-Delt... Everyone else has.
That saying is pretty much the one thing that I care to remember about my four month experience in a frat. On topic... you need more sleep/less alcohol.

I had a dream this morning that I was riding through town in a convertible with a fat retarded kid chasing me on foot, throwing candy bars. Every time he would throw one, he yelled "Candy!"

I had a dream I ran into Marty Feldman. I said "Marty Feldman! I thought you were dead!" He just shrugged his shoulders and replied "I guess I need a beter agent."

That'd get me fired, dude. Nice thought, though... especially if it was one of Seduction Cinema's parody films.

I wonder if Dreams was called something normal, like Susan, if I would find these threads nearly as funny as I do. |

My advice is not to drop the Magazine Writing class, because the professor really cares about you.

Actually, I did drop the class. Best decision I ever made, though this one short haired chick who looks like a boy with boobs who was in that class and is also in my medieval lit class keeps chatting me up and giving me these worshipful eyes.
I make conversation and all, but the whole time I'm standing there thinking, "Umm... no. Not.My.Type."

That dream had nothing to do with relativism.

So? Alanis Morrissette's "Ironic" had nothing to do with irony either, yet it was a smash hit.
