BTW, there is an added bonus, an effect that may happen on the attacker is I am attacked. So this could be a particularly useful item.

Yay Bob dead. I totally don;t buy that they used a Bob for the kill instead of the Brutal. To me, that means the Brutal has gained some trust and they didn;t want to out him.

Naw, that doesn't quite fit me for. There's no sense in using the Brutal when there's a chance of discovery via the BG or who knows what item. The Brutal is only different from other wolves if he gets lynched. He doesn't have extra abilities as a killer. So why throw him out there and risk him to do the same thing any other wolf could do?

No, using a Bob was perfectly consistent with wolf play, IMO.

Everyone heads into the meeting room. As you wait you notice someone is missing. You see that Chief Rum is not in the room. Everyone rushes out of the room to see where he is.

Then you see it. He is laying on the floor with a shattered stapler laying on the ground near him. It looks like he put up a good fight but was not quite able to fight off this attacker.

Pinned to Chief's chest is a pink sheet of paper with the words "GLITCH FIXED!".

Echoing above "One by one, you will ALL fall soon and my bonus check will continue to grow!!!"

There is a trail of blood leading away from the body. You follow it and it leads to the bathroom. You can see that the attacker has cleaned himself up but find nothing to tell you who this person is.

Chief Rum was Milton.

Hardly a surprise there as they knock-out a great villager who was also in the COT.

Sorry, the next deadline is Monday at 8, the normal weekday deadline. Only ran the day/night today because of the nightfall vote.

I'm out for the night, heading to the Wings' (Philly Wings that is, not those other Wings) final home game of the season. I'll check back in sometime when I get home to see if there are any questions or PM's to tend to. Have a Happy Easter all!!!

Abe can you go futher into your logic as to why you didn't you want to vote for Martin yesterday? That just strikes me as really odd.

Because I was fairly convinced that they'd send the Brutal out to the do the killings, I explained it before. SOP when I've been wolf with a Brutal is you send the brutal out, so if he gets caught, when he is lynched, you get a kill. I've explained this before, I can;t explain it any more than I already have.

Bad luck with the stapler, we got a bad roll there. It had a pretty good chance of fighting off the attacker, but not 100%. The wolf is injured though, which means they can't act the next night cycle. Hopefully that will give us some advantage.

So we have on original wolf, Lumberg, and one convert. The convert will be difficult to spot so we should focus on Lumberg, I guess. With any luck the stapler injured him and may affect his brutal ability.

I'm going to look back through at my suspects. Hopefully you guys can now trust me enough to look at the voting records with me as a villager and see if that shows anything new.

Autumn, when you say "they" can't act, do you mean all the wolves or just the injured one?

I had considered that vote for some time and not sure why I finally got off the Abe wagon. I think Abe, a veteran player, who we have to ask the same question as Barkeep, which is, "why are you still alive?" And the above exchange caught me as odd.

I was avoiding Abe to focus on the quieter players, but I have to say there have been a few things of late like the exchange above where it seems Abe's trying to fan the flames of suspicion.

For the record, I know all about the mechanic because I'm the one that found the stapler, obviously.

Looking back the following that are still alive have gotten votes from known wolves:

Barkeep
Autumn

Cartman, Schmidty, Claph, and Lathum all also got votes from known wolves and they were all villagers.

Vote Abe - this is looking suspicious to me

My other questionmark is USFL...I think he may be Drew - he was very consistent - mentioning that I'm acting different from other games that he's seen me, but not that suspicious and then all of a sudden, after the two no action nights, he's accusing me of being a wolf because of a tactic that I followed very early in a different game. His tone shifts a lot IMO.

Abe may be a bad guy, but this one seems bigger to me and more obvious. USFL's tone changed after the first no action night.

Here Chief Rum thanks Autumn for the stapler. I really don't think a wolf gives him the stapler and then proceeds to attack him. I feel pretty good about Autumn being good at this point even though I had my doubts earlier in the game.

The exchange was a little odd, but the still being alive idea I don't think is really something you can go to strongly on. If you look at the who the night kills have been, the wolves clearly have not been going for the veteran/strongest players.

Night 1, they killed Schmidty who had a link to Clap, a revealed role
Night 2, they killed the seer
Night 3, they killed Jackal. This one was a bit off, I can only assume the wolves thought he was a role of some kind. Even still, he was not real active or a high profile player, at least in this game.
Night 4, we don't know
Night 5 and 6, they went after CR, a trusted villager.

Obviously, we don't know who they went after night 4, but the pattern here suggests the wolves have been going after roles every night and not necessarily high profile villagers.

I really don't mind the Abe and USFL showdown. Both have struck me at various times although for one reason or another I've let each go. I won't likely move (except to keep from having a tie) but I do look forward to looking closely at the votes to this one.

I agree this is a good showdown today. Abe has been quiet and this is normally the point at the game at which he makes a move and comes up with some good analysis. That said, unless Abe is the convert, I am having trouble seeing him as a wolf. On Day 1, Abe was in real danger. And the people who moved were not wolves. Perhaps they were going to wait until the last minute, but Poli, Pass, and Martin all cast a vote and stayed there. This hardly exonerates Abe, but I do feel it's enough to cast my vote towards USFL. I should note that my first instinct has been that Abe is bad and so my mind might change during the day.

Vote USFL

My first thought, no joke, when I saw Eagles had posted in thread was "Man he's been really UTR. I can't think about a single play he's made." Clearly being up since 4:30 is already taking it's toll.
