I think that's true, but I think we're simply as good as we want to be. Seems like some people are joining together to fight whatever comes at them, but my guess is they could also choose to kill each other, or gain some trust then kill each other, if they wanted.

No, I think Abe said we couldn't attack each other, except in certain circumstances. I assume by that he meant if an enemy cast a spell that made us attack each other in a fight - something like that.
