More I dwell on this, more I cannot fathom why the hell a wolf brit would say he had the wheelbarrow, unless he's lying (in which case, it shoulda been challenged).

If he's not lying, he's taking a grand strategy that's taken me in completely, but by my logic, a wolf doesn't reveal he's got that item.

Why would a wolf Brit not come out and say he has the wheelbarrow if it is going to come down to him or me, like it was hinted to all weekend? All it does is buy him trust to at least hypothetically survive this lynch.

I guess if Brit is a wolf he could have potentially waited one more day to reveal with the wheelbarrow because it looked like for most of the weekend that it was going to be me that was lynched but I am not sure he takes the risk.

The other thing is if I am a wolf there is almost no way that I am voting Jackal in the situation where I put a vote on Jackal. More than likely I would stick a vote on Danny and hope that he somehow gained steam and became a candidate because there is nothing better then being a wolf and watching the village lynch Danny for whatever reason.

Why wouldn't you vote JAG instead of Danny in that situation? Jag was the one who had votes when you voted. Also if you were a wolf and knew Jackal was using the Iocane you might as well hide a vote on him since he won't pick you in the "battle of wits". Gives you a village vibe then.

Jag did not have votes the day that I first voted for him. It was between Danny, DaddyTorgo and Jackal. The day that it was between Jackal and Jag I agree that there is no way that a wolf does not vote for Jackal and no trust should be gained for that vote.

I got to peak at the thread earlier at five and didn't even have time to read for more than two minutes. Had back to back games of basketball and now I'm here. Sorry I wasn't able to help much today.

My gut feeling was brit felt more villagery than zinto..but zinto doesn't really ping me as much as someone like katy..I know she's not ideal as she is cleared by jag but her lone post was a placeholder then said will do more analysis and just doesn't come back for the rest of the day. If we get a wolf tonight and want to start considering converts maybe not tomorrow but the next day she's going to be at the top of my list.

I travel tomorrow, actually I leave for the airport in about 2 and a half hours. Results may be late. I will in in Pacific timezone but will try my best to have the results as close to the deadline as possible.

OK. I'll say this straight away. I'm not voting Zinto today. I'm the nearest thing we have to a cleared villager today. If you're a villager and you vote for Zinto then you lose today (as opposed to within the next couple of days because there's no way the village is going to come back from 5:4). I suggest everyone put on their thinking caps and comes up with a vote that isn't Zinto. I'd be prepared to go along with a vote for pretty much anyone else in the group but it just seems too easy for the wolves to push Zinto as the done deal for today. I'm not saying that we/you don't look at Zinto later on but for today everybody should be able to find a different candidate from the field - even if Zinto is a wolf there ought to be three other wolves out there.

Yesterday played out villager:villager as far as I can see. Killing Coffee makes me pretty convinced of Zinto's innocence. Kill me and people might start to wonder if I'm on to something. Killing Coffee means that everyone is just going to drift along and vote for Zinto.

His vote on Jackal is exactly what I'd expect a wolf Lathum to do. Far more so than Zinto's vote on Jackal. If people want to convince me on fonti , Packers or even mau I'm more than amenable. However it's vital that the village vote together - I suggest that murra5y, Katy and I come up with a compromise/consensus candidate and the village vote for them. At 5:4 which we almost certainly are at, and with ROUS almost certainly knowing one of the wolves if the village doesn't vote as a bloc then we lose.

OK I can see that people might be thinking that I'm a wolf here. I guess there's a chance that there were only three starting wolves and ROUS and they got a conversion off of Buttercup but I don't think three starters in a field of 19 is very likely. Maybe the wolves know that grandpa isn't in the game and the first day event was a curveball. I don't think that's very plausible either as it would give one wolf a watertight alibi to sit on.

That's all. I'm here until (I think) 16:00 EST. We have to have another candidate by then otherwise the village will all have to follow me onto Lathum. I'm tempted to vote fontisian at the moment - I was getting bad vibes from her yesterday.
