*All Dynasties* Offseason Bug - Convincing Players to Stay

This is going to come up in all three dynasties here in the next couple weeks, so I wanted to make sure everybody was aware of the problem.

Aparently there is a very strange bug that happens at the beginning of recruiting. When you get to the "players leaving" screen, you'll typically have a bunch of players who are graduating, and a handful of players entering the pro draft. Some of the players entering the draft are leaving after their senior year, but sometimes it will be a junior or a redshirted sophomore. Now...all of this is normal...but unfortunately if you try to convince one of the underclassmen to stay, it may show on your screen that he decided to stick around another year, but when the commish advances the player will be gone. The only workaround to this is the commish taking the Dynasty offline and doing all of the convincing for everyone else, then reinviting everyone. There is aparently a drawback to this too, as whenever you do this everybody's coach integrity resets and their schools recruiting attributes drop significantly. Kind of a catch 22 situation if you ask me. If I had to choose between the two, I think I would just rather deal with underclassmen transfering out/declaring eligible for the draft.

I agree. Lets accept this and move on.

Ditto. If anything it will help balance out power in the leagues some.

Well shit...now I am *really* hoping that Goodson or Lewis don't declare early.

This sucks, but I think just moving on is the best option as well.

I agree. Moving on and letting players leave if they want to seems to be the best course. And it should help a little with parity.

I'm also in the camp that we should just let all players leave early if they wish to do so.

Agree with just letting the players leave.

On transferring players, any certain things that will make a player leave, or make a player come to your school?

Transfers are pretty absurd in this game. Guys transfer from Florda State to Miami, etc. I saw an all american DT transfer after his sophmore year once. Then again, the All American system is more broke then anything and the guy only had like 8 tackles, so he was probably a frosh all american, but regardless.

If you break promises during off season recruiting guys will transfer. That is the biggest thing.

Except the CPU schools very rarely lose someone.

I had a Fr CB that i promised no redshirt and winning record against rivals.

He had 71 tkls 7sacks and 5 Ints and was a Fr AA. I went 1-1 against rivals and he transferred!

Computer schools get worse though. Hardly ever are there any A's overall once these real players leave because the recruiting for CPU teams even everything out.
