Pretty cool that we have three human matchups in the title games. I anxiously await the winner of the ACC Championship game in the Orange Bowl.

Do the rest of us have anything to do this week? Recruiting or anything?

When would be a good time for you Gram? Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday after 9 would all work for me.

Not sure on how everyone else is doing setting up games but it looks like IH and I will play tonight. Hopefully we're ready to go before Thursday but so be it if we have to wait.

Bah. Just gave Ironhead a game for the second time this year, losing 27-20. It was a good game but I missed a crucial XP and threw a pick late when the score was tied. Just stupid playing on my part. I have had way too many missed XP's with this fucking kicker.

GG though man.

GG though man.

I don't know what your kicker is like, but this is why I was pretty excited to get a 4* K this season - I see 40-55 rated Ks all over CPU rosters.

Does anything matter besides their Kick Power and Accuracy scores?

Good game man, as always it was a slugfest. Either one of us could have run away with it if we could have capitalized on the many turnovers. You really clamped down on defense early on and held the score at 14-13 for quite a while. On defense for us it seemed like Jerod was giving your right tackle fits and getting a massive amount of pressure on every passing play.

It was bad luck on your part to have Butler injured. I could tell on one or two plays he was hampered and might have been able to take it the distance without the leg injury.

So right now we sit at 12-1 with a Big 12 Championship trophy. This team has shown a hell of a lot of heart and fight. We had a last second win against Karlifornia's USF squad on a hook and ladder play. We just barely eeked out Gramm's Wildcats in quadruple overtime. We had to fight back from behind against Colorado twice. It definitely took a ton of luck but we made it.

Good luck to everyone else in their championship games.

The kicker talent pool is usually pretty lousy. I have had a good bit of success recruiting punters with decent legs and converting them to kickers. Their overall rating will usually stink but their kicking ratings remain unchanged. A kicker or punter with B- ratings in kicking power and kick accuracy can usually do a good enough job.

arrrrrrrgh, 28-24 game with 6 minutes to go in the 4th when my DSL modem takes a shit. I had knocked out TJ Yates in the first half too!

Starting over now...

North Carolina wins the ACC Championship 38-26. I'm now 0-4 against the Tar Heels. This one was a good contest too, though I did make a couple critical mistakes in the 2nd game that I didn't make in the first one. I got down by two scores and just could not stop UNC when I needed to.
