RFL - remaining season(s)

I've kinda been assuming that 2011 is RFL's last season, but we might be able to get in another after that. I remember there was a long delay before we started OD's for 2009 because the game needed to be patched. It's probably a safe assumption that there will be a game-killing glitch that will need to be addressed before 2010 ODs can start. So don't do your recruiting assuming that this is the final season. We may be able to get in one after this too. Just a thought from your humble commissioner.

Or would you guys rather just say that this season is it? (If so, I'll probably just let the cpu recruit for me and not worry about that part of the game.)

I say we try to get in 1 more season after this. As you said, it was a while after this game came out before we could even start our dynasty.

I like to go one more season. I don't know where I'll be when the new game comes out (and if it's worth buying).

Let's go another season after this one if possible. I just hope EA keeps the servers for this game running for a while after the new game is out.

I'm thinking we'll probably get another season in after this one, just because of the reasons you mentioned before. There is almost garaunteed to be some game breaking bug that will take them a couple weeks to fix.

I'm up for keeping the ride going as long as we can. Assuming there are no glitches and very moves with alacrity, we should be able to get two more seasons in.

Could be. Still not sure I'm buying 2010. And if Madden has OD, I likely would do that over NCAA for online play.

I'm pretty sure EA will shut down 2009 games pretty quickly after 2010 comes out. It's the EA way.

It could be. I can still (and do with my buddy) play NHL 2008 online.

Of course, I could be done with online playing for a while if some things work out for me.
