I posted that before I saw the result. That still doesn't change what I said when I talked to you earlier.

Sorry for the delay, TredWel. Should not happen again.
Release Candidate 1 is out for the forum. Want me to upgrade, or are you ok with the beta version?

I think upgrading is prudent. If you've got the time, go right ahead. If not, I'll do it this weekend.

I've notified WVUFan about the situation again.
In the meantime, I will run the next phase of the playoffs tonight and post the results here.

Who would have predicted that the Bills, Bengals, Saints, and Lions would be the final 4 teams this year? I can tell you that I didn't.
Oh, and that win against the Bengals earlier in the year means absolutely nothing. We had healthy recievers then.

Damn, we gave it a ride this season, quite the turnaround from 5-11 a year ago.. If Baxter and Murphy stick around for one more year, maybe we can make a real run at a title.
Good luck to the Lions, your defense and special teams were outstanding, and our defense just couldn't hold up or cause any turnovers.

Just finished watching the replay. Not your best game, Pilotman, but you had a nice season, and I appreciate you knocking off the Texans. I wasn't looking forward to seeing them again.. Exciting to be back in the eNFL Bowl again, although I'm not sure I can stop the Detroit juggernaut. It should be a good game. I'll have my file in shortly.

Both of those zip files appear to contain the same files. When I start the game, I'm still in end of season. Anyone else?

Thanks, Tred. The 1st half of the game had me worried. Harrington was killing me on 3rd and longs. But your drives seemed to fizzle out whenever you got into scoring range. Mine did too, but at least I got FG's out of them. I feel a little bit bad about ruining your perfect season. I think you deserve one for all the time and effort you put into the league. But all the same, I'm awful happy to join the club of 2-time eNFL Bowl winners, even if I feel a bit silly about dancing around the room over a computer game . Everything just seemed to fall together this season. Palmer had one of his better years, in part because Freddie Thomas was running the ball so well. And my defense, while not as talented as some I've had in past years, played better than any of them. Now, on to 2017. Last edited by -Mojo Jojo- : 07-12-2007 at 11:57 PM. |

I was shocked by the score, and the Lions only getting 7 points. Another good championship game.

Just an update - I am missing one of the four remaining playoff teams' file (Seattle). I don't want to proceed without either getting the file from them or getting the OK to go ahead while our site is down.

I sent WVUFan a PM, hopefully he can sort this out again for us.
In the meantime, I'm turning off the War Room clock until we get this fixed. Picks can still be made, but the clock will not run.
