Tina is known for being smart and witty and I have seen her SNL sketches. Kate makes my brain cells die whenever I hear her speak. Even if I were to desire Tina more, neither rank that high. Kate is a supermodel with a youthful personality, overly large breasts, and that's about it. I almost feel like being asked if a supermodel is hot is a loaded question. The whole point of a supermodel is to be considered hot. Tina Fey's point isn't to be on the cover of SI in a swimsuit.

TV writers can be witty but they're not necessarily the most sociable people ever. She's created a brand like any other celebrity. She wears glasses and writes but she's not necessarily going to laugh at your jokes or give you the time of day, despite the brand that's sold. Kate might have a way of relating to people personally that Fey could never possess, we don't know these people. All I'm saying is I'm trying to understand a definition of "hot" where Tina is hotter than Kate. Tina could be more desirable to a person, someone might have a crush on her, she may trick us into thinking she's more "gettable" which makes some desire her more, some may be turned on my her writing talent or sense of humor. But I think that all goes into the personal connection stuff I was talking about in the other thread. Hot is hot. I think. Or I could be wrong.

I stick by my no vote. As our photo threads points out, it's not hard to find a photo of a really hot person when they've been done up for a particular shoot. Upton is double take worthy when she's in photo shoot form...and I have no doubt that the calls for vote changes have something to do with her huge tracks of land. However, I look at that video of her dancing at a ball game. There, at least in my opinion, she looks like any other attractive blond. In the end, it comes down to individual taste. Put our hot or not list on a different website and I doubt we'd see the same results.

I honestly don't get why people take such issue when you have a difference in what one person finds hot. To me Monica Bellucci is way hotter than Kate even from a merely image point of view, and you don't continually hear me being butt hurt about her not even being polled or even on the waiting list. I don't think anyone really 'takes issue' with any of this. I'm guessing the thread got bumped because she's a current event, or "hot topic" haha. She just landed on the cover of SI Swimsuit, so bringing back a couple month old HoN for discussion seems pretty reasonable.

As for her, I'm just amazed that 3/10 guys would see her and think .. "Nah, not hot". Put me in the group that would think those 3 guys must like dudes. I definitely don't think she's the "be all, end all" ruler of what's hot - but - I also definitely don't think 30% of men wouldn't call her hot.
