1600x1200, 100 refresh. I only have a 19 at work, 22 at home. But I use the same settings on both.

I find that the 17" trout goes up much smoother than the 19", but I suppose some like the long lasting experience that the new 19" models give you.

No. You can use jumbo icons and increase font sizes if you want.

I had a 17", went to a 19" and now back to a 17" - but to a flatscreen. I like it more than the 19".

I have a 21" Sony flatscreen. I guess that makes me a little bigger than you guys.

I can't believe how nice my 19" flatscreen LCD is. I'll never be able to go back to a regular screen. Enjoy once it arrives. |

Wow, I remember how big going from 15 to 17 was. When you plop your 19" on the desk you're going to feel the need to back your chair up 20 feet. |

One of the five best things I've ever purchased. I'm looking to pick up a second one in the next month or two to replace my 2nd monitor (a 19" CRT). |

I am envious of your 21" monitor. I am rockin' a 17 incher myself. of course, its not the size of your monitor that counts, but what you display on it. |

I've still got my 17" Radiation Master (...Gateway) 9000 from nearly 8 years ago. It's still kicking but from time to time, it'll flash yellow and then return to normal as the tube is slowly going.
Anyone wishing to contribute a 19"-21" CRT or any LCD to the "in the memory of SI's old longtime monitor" fund, it would be greatly appreciated SI
