Steam login problems
So I purchased a new gaming laptop, and everything is great. I haven’t used Steam in at least a couple of years, so I have no idea what the password is. I followed the directions to change the password, wrote it down, try to login, but it says the password is invalid. I did the same process 3 more times with no result. I checked their support section, but it doesn’t mention my problem. I couldn’t even find a live online tech person.
So I am turning to you, FOFC. The IQ power here should be able to figure it out!

Figured it out. I was trying to login with my email, not username. Now it’s all good! KelanKrowli is me on Steam.
