IWS #215 - Corruption!
In honor of the latest FIFA scandal, this edition of IWS will focus on corruption!
The Rules The rules are the same as previous FOFC Im With Stupid" Contests, as set forth by the games omnipotent and most truly beloved founding pantheon. The object of this contest is to answer the questions posted, and to provide the most common answer among those submitted. For each question, your score will be equal to the number of people who submitted that response. Your score for the contest will be the product of your individual question scores. Yes, that word "product" here in the States means that they will be multiplied together, not added. Highest score wins. Collaboration of any kind is strictly forbidden. No posting your answers to this board, nor sharing them by e-mail or in any other way with other potential contestants. Just don't be an asshat, and this should end well. All determinations of "matches" and anything else requiring judgment fall to that of the sole administrator of this round of the game. You can reduce the need for doubt and judgment by properly spelling your submissions, being clear, and that sort of thing. My decisions are final and utterly inarguable, no exceptions. Any references that are unclear to you, due to language or geography, should be understood to be authored from the perspective of an English-speaking American. However... Your answers do not necessarily have to be correct in order to score points. If I ask "Exactly how awesome is MS Paint?" and you answer "Not very awesome" along with 13 other people, you each regrettably will be awarded 14 points -- even though the correct answer is "Super Awesome." ******************************
Spoiler
******************************************************* IWS #215 - Corruption! 1. Aside from FIFA, what is the most corrupt sports organization / league in the world? 2. What percentage of the U.S. Congress (i.e. what percentage of all 535 members - 100 Senators & 435 Representatives) have committed a crime (whether caught or not, convicted or not)? 3. Name a crime (defined as actually "against the law") that you would consider to be "victimless". 4. What country do you naturally associate with corruption? 5. What is the dumbest rule in all of sports? 6. In your opinion, what public figure was the most morally and ethically upstanding person of the 20th century? ******************************************************* Please PM your answers to me with "IWS #215" in the title. The contest will run until 5PM Eastern on Tuesday, April 1st. (No, this is not an April Fool's joke.) |

Great questions. I think I over thought one between what I believe vs. what I think everyone will say.
Very curious to see how this one turns out. |

Agreed, that's the toughest, although I'm not convinced I won't be getting a "1" on 3, 4, and 6.

As I told flere when sending my choices, I think 3 and 6 are really brutal but still have confidence I can fail big on all of them.
