I have zero faith in the military standing up to him. It's going to either come down to states and/or citizens revolting to something the administration does, or war against an ally (Greenland/Mexico/Canada). But this doesn't end without violence, and the longer it goes the worse it will be.

I always find selling a house to be one of the most stressful things outside of serious illness in the family. I'm also hoping I can be back in that position within a few years.
