Sim Schedule Question

Since we moved the draft to the off-season, the season weeks are pretty light.

Right now, we've been sort of "unofficially" simming the 1st half on Monday, taking Tuesday off, doing the 2nd half on Wednesday and then post-season Friday.

I was thinking last night, what if we had a 3rd sim during the season?

We could either sim through the half season like we do, do another sim that sims to say August 1st and then do the rest of the year. Or we could stop earlier.

Rather than do a poll, I just want some general feedback on all of your thoughts on this. On one hand, I don't want it to be another "burden" because we've got amazing attendance for a league of this type with as many teams as we do. Even though people don't post like crazy, the export rates are always in the +/- 90% range since we've been at 20 teams. It's nuts in the best way possible.

But I'd be curious about is:

1. Would you like a 3rd sim?
2. If yes, when should the 2nd break be in the season calendar? (Right now, our only break is at mid-season)

If we did it, I envision that rather than taking Tuesday off, we'd just sim M/T/W and then take Thursday off, then post-season Friday.

So anyway, let me know what you think.

3 sims would be cool, 1/3 season each.

It wouldn't be a burden on owners. After all, they can just export once at the beginning of the season if they want.

So tentatively it'd be:

1st Third: March-May
2nd Third: June-July
3rd Third: August-September

I guess that'd work. A bit earlier time to adjust before the all-star break, more adjustments in theory by end of July (longer trade deadline too) and then finish up in the 3/3 and see how it all pans out.

I think 3 sims would be good, get a little bit more control, if you want, without taking to much time.
