free agency period
in free agency I open team cap/needs list and most teams have LOTS of cap room $30,000,000 to 40,000,000 can this be right?

They probably do have that much cap room before signing free agents. The question is do they spend all of that cap room or do that have that much left when the season starts.

Do most teams in the nfl have that much cap room in the start of free agency ? I dont think so
