FOF2K4: Birth of the Syracuse Blizzards
The United Football League was given birth as officially started developing as the UFL completed its dispersal draft of 53 rounds. The Syracuse Blizzards of the NFC Northern division headed by Head Coach K. Malek and General Manager Chris Jones went strictly for youth over veteran experience in the draft. "I believe we have a solid foundation of players and I'm very pleased with the outcome of the draft." stated Jones, who's son Chris Jones Jr was drafted in the 6th round by Syracuse...................... 2004- Quarterly Report (1st Quarter)
) The Syracuse Blizzards have started off the initial 2005 United Football Season exceeding expectations winning 2 of their first four games. The team wasn't expected to win more than six games this season. Much credit can be given to standout running back Grady MacWhirter..............Read More

2nd Quarter Report
The extremely young Syracuse Blizzard football team remain in the thick of things in the NFC Western division of the United Football League at the halfway point of it's first season. Granted they are only 3-5 but that is just 1 game behind the current division leader Bakersfield. Grady MacWhirter has slowed down after rushing for nearly 500 yards in his first 4 games, he gained just 156 yards in his next four games...............{Read More}

3rd Quarter Report -2004
The Syracuse Blizzards have fared about as well as expected considering their age as they won 1 out of 4 games over this quarter and dropped to 4-8 on the season. Although not mathematically eliminated, their chances are slim to none. Star running back Grady MacWhirter continues to appear like a franchise back as he broke the 1,000 yard rushing mark with 1,040 yards.......{Read More}

4th Quarter 2004 review
The Syracuse Blizzards probably are thanking the world that the 2004 regular season is over after a 5-11 season. Winning just 2 of their last 9 games was something they would rather forget but all was not lost for the young Blizzards. Ernie Finley improved great and finished with 2,904 yards as he threw for over 1,000 yards in final 4 games............{Read More}

1st Quarter Report 2005
The Syracuse Blizzards have started out very good thus far into the 2005 season. A solid rushing attack and a bend but don't break defense has enabled a 3-1 start and a division lead in the NFC West. Their 3 victories in just 2 short of the 2004 entire win total.............{Read More}

2nd Quarter Report 2005
If it wasn't for a high profiled offense the Syracuse Blizzards might be 0-8, but a solid ground game and a high scoring offense has enabled them to hold a share of the NFC Western lead at 4-4. The Blizzard recently snapped a four game losing streak with a impressive 31-16 victory over the top ranked Dayton team. Lead by Grady MacWhirter and Ernie Finley Syracuse has rushed for 1,455 yards in 8 games..........{Read More}
