Pole or Octagon - AKA if you had a daughter: Stripper or MMA Fighter?
I heard this on an L.A. Sports Radio show. If you have a daughter, would you rather she be a stripper, or get her face beat in as an MMA Fighter?
Pole or Octagon, what say you, FOFC? Last edited by Dodgerchick : 03-09-2016 at 07:35 PM. |

I picked neither but if you're throwing that option out and saying... gun to my head, choose my daughters destiny between those two I'd choose MMA fighter. Actually I might just pull the trigger.

Tough call. Most of the strippers around here look like they've had their face beat in anyway, but then again, Ronda Rousey stripped down naked for both the ESPN body issue and SI swimsuit issue.

This thread is useless without pics....
MMA no doubt. Heck, it'd beat out a bunch of professions for me... lawyer, cop, city hall employee.

MMA really isn't a full-time job outside of the very elite, but I'd think the work ethic, dedication, and clean living required there would probably help you improve as a person and set you up for other opportunities. So as a part-time thing while working or in college - ya, training in a gym and learning about fitness and nutrition and a fighting discipline > stripping a club.
