Detroit Pistons owner Bill Davidson dies
Was also the richest man in Michigan. Seemed like a good man, though he sure hated that luxury tax. Did a lot for the University of Michigan as well. He'll be missed.

Davidson lived across the lake from my grandparents...I never met the dude, but I thought he was pretty much the coolest guy in the world, ever since I was 8 years old, simply because he had a heli-pad in the middle of his lawn and would fly in and out all the time.
