How much has my old hometown grown? I think I only know a couple of people in the department these days lol.

I can explain the media hype on this round though, it's simple: they're desperate to get people to engage with them (there's that damned word again) so they'll call anything people are doing/talking about "news" and hope for the best. At the rate those videos are hitting my FB feed -- I've probably had at least 50 show up on my wall -- I may be in the news at some point myself ... but it won't be a warm fuzzy story. *obviously I don't mind the mention here, it's relevant 'cause it was my little hometown
