WW Small Game: Army vs NAVY: The Final Conflict

Time has passed, Eons of time. The earth is a scorched barren rock. Humanity has moved into the stars and the rulership of the race has fallen into the hands of the military. Two factions still work grudgingly together for overall control of humanity’s fate. The Army, hardened men of war, to whom blood is just another stain on the uniform at the end of a day, and the Navy, bastions of stoic servitude, whose officers have planned and executed a billion battles.
The problem is they just don’t get along. To solve issues the leaders of both sides have decided to put their best officers into an arena and let them fight it out.
The arena itself is a 3 dimensional space, infinitely tall, long and wide, with randomly placed terrain and obstacles for the combatants to use as they see fit.
The basis is this, The Officers enter the arena, and each day may attack or defend someone of their choice. When one side or the other has eliminated its opponent, the survivor takes total control of humanity.
Unbeknownst to the human leadership there has been an alien infestation, the aliens, The Rylans, have been waiting for just such an opportunity. Now they are prepared to strike. They intend that the survivors will be themselves!
Deadlines will be 9pm EST, this will be a single 24 hr schedule, one deadline for all actions for any given day. Some actions MAY be taken at any time during the day and will be noted as such below.

Victory conditions: Last team standing wins.

RULES:
Players that enter the Arena do not know one another. Every player wears a black jumpsuit with whatever material items on them that they will need. Players have a RATING, or value. This value can be lowered through injury (failed attacks, successful defenses, traps, or other things). It can be raised by resting (taking no action) or the healer can heal them.

Every night each player must submit their action. Any ONE action from the following list may be taken by ANY player.

Actions:
Attack (player name): Player A attacks Player B
Defend (Player name): Player A Defends Player B
Study (Player name): Player A spends the night watching/following/studying Player B to decipher which faction they belong to or what rank they hold. It is the player’s discretion whether to disclose their findings to the rest of the group.
Hide: Player hides themselves from possible study/attack
Search: Player searches for items/information. There are items and information crystals throughout the arena. Items range from bombs to mines and weapons or armor. Information crystals can help a player get promoted to the next rank and boost their rating (think of it like gaining an experience level, everything gets better)

Each night every player must vote to execute one player. The votes are sent to a central communications bunker where they are tabulated and the selected Officer is melted down with a high powered anti-ship cannon. (Votes are sent to me VIA PM ONLY)

Roles:

ARMY
General, Colonel, Major, Captain, Lieutenant: These have ratings that will be revealed in your PM’s

NAVY
Admiral, Commodore, Commander, Lieutenant, Ensign: These have ratings that will be revealed in your PM’s

RYLAN (possible roles only, no guarantees that any or all of these exist)
Praetor: Brutal Alien takes a victim with him when melted down by the Cannon
Decepti-Rylan: Study will not reveal his infestation(Telepath’s limited ability WILL discover this player)
Hormonal-Rylan: May infest another player turning them into a Rylan
Vampyric-Rylan: May Drain health from one player, injuring them and gaining the health themselves for that night.

Human(possible roles only, no guarantees that any or all of these exist)
Space Marine: May 2x per game protect someone with 100% certainty of keeping them safe/alive and 50% chance of discovering the attacker/studier, and 10% chance of killing same due to bio-enhanced physical reactions and the BFG he carries.
Telepath: may mentally scan a player to determine information about them (2x per game this will reveal ALL information about the target, the rest of the time it will reveal random bits of information)
Lord Marshall: 1x per game the Lord Marshall may override the vote and select the player of his choice to assassinate with the anti-ship cannon. (This may be done at ANY time during the day in which he chooses to use this ability)
“Doc”: May heal some or all of the injuries to any one player at ANY point during a day.

It should, yes Chief. 10 people, possibly everyone dead on day 3, so yeah, its definitely probable.

I appreciate you need to get players, but a Monday start may be extremely difficult for me to stay in the game. I am leaving on Friday, and pretty much won't be able to be around that day at all. So I might as well be leaving Thursday.

That's all right. It looks like a fun ruleset, so if I miss it, I'll be disappointed. But we'll see how many players you get or how it looks. Might stick around and be prepared to hand off my game to some late Labyrinth kill, if someone is so inclined. Or of course, I could just get killed off early.

Hard to predict that, I'll have a better idea after today, but it's not on the verge of ending.
