Draft Analyzer Question

I am at my 3rd pick in the draft and I need a CB. I see a CB who is 3rd from the top on ratings, however, I also interviewed him and the interview says he is very overrated...

As I understand Draft Analyzer (trying to figure it out) the white lines are the where the combine results should show his rating to be and the green bars are where the game shows he will be.

As I look at Draft Analyzer I see M2M, PH and INT green bars all the way to the right but the white lines are roughly 50%. Since there is a huge difference in the white bars and the green bars, is this why he is very overrated?

I can't figure out how to attach the screen shot.

If I am not understanding something right, can you please help?
