All staff retained for another season. Big changes to come if we miss out on the playoffs for a third straight season.

Free Agency, 2015 Draft, Trades:

Seattle offered me the 8th overall in 2015 & C Fernando Velasco for G Kyle Long. Pondered over this for a bit, but decided to accept, as it's hard to turn down the chance to draft twice in the first round along with a top 10 pick. With 39 players locked up for this season, 1 LG in FA is priority, as well as locking up others that I want to keep in order to build on my team's cohesion.

Devin Hester: Signed 3year 5.15 per
Jordan Palmer: Wanted an 8 M a year increase from his 2.91 M/Year deal. Declined.
Late Round Free Agency: Signed QB Andy Dalton to a 4 year 7.87 M deal. Good value here as hopefully a change in scenery does him some good. Huge upgrade in terms of overalls as last years first rounder doesn't look ready to step in. Will see how he develops after training camp.

Matt Forte coming back from a serious knee injury didn't decline much at all. Hope he can stay healthy all year and put up big numbers behind the solid o-line we have in Chicago.
