Failed to upload 12003

Hey guys, I'm trying to connected up to a new MP league and I am getting an error when attempting to join. "Failed to upload = 12003. This may be due to antivirus software"

I don't have any antivirus software on this computer, and my firewalls are open. Has anyone else seen this issue, or know how to fix it?

I have also attempted to uninstall and reinstall, still no change...

Figured it out, for anyone wanting to know in the future, the issue was that I needed to port forward port 21

My Kaspersky was also blocking the process. Uninstalling it will do the work. But if you want to get it done with the antivirus being enabled, then you can get the troubleshooting ways from K7 Antivirus Customer Support. It's the same for most of the antivirus.
