Late to the party at this point, but here's 2021 rosters converted over from Madden 08 (FootballIdiot.com) using a converter I made years ago in Excel.

Sweet, thanks for this. Just started up a new league with some friends, top 4 QBs rated are Brady, Mahomes, Rodgers, and Wilson... with Burrow and Herbert having large potential. Seems about right.
