need help setting up OOTP8 league

Two friends and I want to set up an online league. I went to the Commish's place and we set up the league. He then e-mailed the main file to me. And now I'm stuck. I can't seem to find the part in the manual explaining how player's start up the league ("it's relatively easy" is all I can find). Do i need to start a league with the exact same name or is there something I'm missing? thanks.

One of you should set up the league and then zip the files up. The other should download the zip file and install it as a league file in your saved_games folder as leaguename.lg

Then from there, he should be able to send the league files up online and you should be able to load them online in-game.

thanks. figured out what was wrong: the unzipping program stuck an ending onto the folder name.
