ESPN Says Colts Sending First Pick To Cleveland
NFL- Colts-Browns-finalize-mega-trade
Looks like the 4th, 3 more firsts and Colt McCoy. And Luck may not even be the target. Sweet Jesus. |

It does make you wonder what would be an offer you couldn't refuse...

The internet has ruined April Fool's. Or vice-versa. Either way, I hate the entire day now, and one year I'll learn to just avoid the web the entire day.

So glad we aren't at school today. The kids spend all day trying to get you on silly little things. It's funny for 20 minutes. Not 8 hours.

I was gonna say that FOFC's broad base of teachers have gotta love this scheduling conflict. I'm pretty sure that I would always take April 1 as a personal day, if possible.

In a related story, I had gay sex last night with a one-eyed pirate.

See, the sad thing about April Fools is they'll post something like this, and given how stupid NFL teams can be sometimes, it's easy to buy into it. Plus no one says "April Fools!" until way too freakin' late. Agreed that the day has been ruined with so-called "news" organizations getting in on the fun. Not to mention that it helps ruin what little credibility they may have left.
Any bets that someone else published this first but ESPN ripped it off citing "sources" again?

It would have been funny had ESPN actually done an April Fool's Day story ala Sidd Finch. But posting a fake headline and a link to a lame story about the Colts draft plan makes baby April Fool's Day cry.

Facebook is bad about them too. And so many people fall for them. Although, one woman from my wife's HS class put an April Fool's about being pregnant. But, she did have a reputation for being a bit easy so even bought it...including family members. I wonder what goes through some people's minds at times.

My cousin in Korea thought about saying a war started over there yesterday since April Fool's starts a day early for them.

More women announce pregnancies on 4/1 than any other day of the year.
There is no study on how many women end up in the hospital on 4/1 though... |

It's too bad I don't have any new product to announce. It would be more than tempting to announce it today.

That would be fun, but no. ESPN's joke didn't fool me today - I expect it didn't fool too many people. But I'm surprised they tried another one so soon - their Tebow traded to the Jets joke was beautifully executed and I think fooled a lot of people. |
