Er, I should have been unvoting RendeR. :o

Doesn't matter, my play got screwed up by mauboy anyway.

As I said, a tie vote is liable to work to our benefit.

The claphamsa vote was literally a throwaway vote. I didn't want to just vote nobody, but didn't have someone I wanted to put the vote onto.

My thoughts are that the +1 , -1 is not a good reason to make it tied. We won't know the official final tally, I'm assuming and it doesn't benefit the workers anyways. The only people it benefits, is the wolves.. THEY get to find out who might possibly be a golf buddy.

Chief, I unvoted the wrong person. At the time I unvoted, I had it at 7 - 6 for RendeR, and I wanted it to be 6 - 6. But then someone voted for Tim, so I needed to put my vote back on RendeR to tie it back up.

He was actually unvoting Render, trying to make it a tie game, and mistyped. But it didn't matter because of the flood of vote changing.

It benefits the workers because we don't lose one of the good roles. There's some downside, but the wolves don't really know the reason for the tiebreak either.

There's too many wolves in this game. I fear every night is going to be musical chairs by wolves trying to position someone else to be lynched.

Wait, when you just switched your vote (the first time), I had you on Render. But you unvoted Schmidty to vote Clap. Then you unvoted Clap to vote Render. Which puts you back where you were at anyway. Did I miss an unvote somewhere?

I would still consider a golf buddy a role that we wouldn't want to lose, to an extent. It gives us an advantage over a wolf in situations like this.

I need to re-read the rules to make sure I understand everything.

This is a good point. Of course, there's the other case where both are wolves and CR's tiebreaking logic is that both stay.

Okay, so your intention at the end was to have your vote on Render, right? Just want to confirm.

I'm not sure that it really matters too much what Mr.W was doing as it didn't end up affecting the vote (I don't think at least).. I think Fink had enough votes that he went down regardless of the +1 -1 thing if he was a golf buddy (I might be wrong on the total there)..

I guess the only way it really matters much is if Fink or Render end up being a wolf then it is important to know he was trying to uhh.. I think save Fink? Or was he trying to save Render? I got confused there

I actually had a similar idea, and I'm not a wolf. So I wouldn't say it was overly wolfish or anything.

It sounds like you have subscribed to the thread, which I think is a different thing than email notification. You will have to unsubscribe to the thread, I think.

No, you didn't miss anything. I accidentally unvoted the wrong person. I revoted because someone else put in a vote that changed the situation.
