Post OT: Out of the Air Force and Working Again

For those who don't remember, I was the person from the Air Force who got an infection of the right leg that left tissue and nerve damage. I was restricted to desk duty for over a year despite my best effort to remain working on aircraft. I found it to be too difficult to continue with my career with my abilities as a maintainer so limited. After two years of going to see doctor after doctor, the Air Force have finally let me go my seperate way back in January.

I'm so glad to have this over with. You really get tired of be dragged along waiting to get your life to be allowed to get on track. I know that many of you were concerned and wishing for a speedy recovering when I posted about my situation over a year ago. I just wanted to let you guys know that I am truly appreciative of the prayers I received.

I'm now truly working again for the first time in two years. I went to work for AIG American General Life and Accident as a sales agent soon after leaving the military. It feels so good to be actively working towards something. I feel like I have been set free for the first time and I have a sense of purpose. I'm doing very well at my job and I believe that I will continue to have success.

For everyone who prayed for my recovery.......thank you. It trully meant a lot to me.
