The show gets a grade of 4 Stars

WCW's Overness increases from Average to Popular

Bobby Eaton's morale went to content from happy
Johnny B Badd's morale went to content from Happy
Dean Malenko's morale went to content from happy

Against the goals, through some randomness, we actually decreased the prestige of the Tag Team Championships due to it flipping hands too often. Not good.

WCW's PPV buy is triple that of WWF's In Your House: Great White North

News from the dirt sheets is talk that the Flair Hogan match could be up for an award as could the Benoit Malenko match.

Looks like Jimmy Snuka teased that he might be headed back to WWF as a legend but at the last minute swerved and signed with NJPW

Bret Hart & Shawn Michaels put on an award-contender match at their PPV.

Golddust broke his back and may be out a year if not his career.

and in ECW Sandman is getting 'over'

I check emails the next day and Meng asks to win matches for the next 2 months and not lose and I'm fine with that since he didn't say who he had to wrestle. And Randy Savage asked to be in a Main Event and I oblige that request as well.

Kevin Sullivan only has one appearance left as a wrestler so I need to get him someone to manage to take on the Giant in their feud. Also, Kamala is out of appearances so his defeat of Savage is quite the accomplishment for the legend.

Lackluster Nitro Debut for Alex Wright

Alex Wright made his Monday Nitro debut against veteran Jeff Farmer, but the two failed to generate much excitement in a slow-paced affair. While Wright showed some athleticism, the match never kicked into high gear.

The opening minutes saw Wright utilize basic arm drags and arm bars that didn't impress the crowd. Farmer looked a step behind, struggling to find his timing.

"Wright showing some good fundamentals here, but we'd like to see more energy from both guys," said announcer Tony Schiavone, trying to remain upbeat.

Farmer took control with a fallaway slam, but his ensuing leglock attempts brought the match to a crawl. Wright finally created some space with an enziguri kick to get the crowd involved.

The action stayed pedestrian as Wright set up his German suplex to put away Farmer. "Certainly some room for improvement, but a win is a win," analyst Bobby Heenan said diplomatically.

In the end, Wright got the victory but didn't showcase his advertised dynamic athleticism. As for Farmer, ring rust was apparent.

While not a standout debut, Alex Wright remains a solid prospect for WCW's cruiserweight division. With more seasoning, he has the potential to become a mainstay. This match was more of a feeling-out process against the veteran Farmer.

Sullivan Aligns with Rogers to Seek Revenge

After a disappointing loss to The Giant at Halloween Havoc, Kevin Sullivan came out to announce his new alliance with Big Bubba Rogers. Sullivan stated he hand-picked Rogers as the next monster to do his bidding in the Dungeon of Doom's battle against the Giant.

"You betrayed me, Giant! Banishing me from my own family," ranted an intense Sullivan. "But soon you will regret crossing The Taskmaster. With Bubba Rogers under my guidance, we will make you pay for your treachery."

The ominous Bubba Rogers said nothing, letting his sheer size and intimidating glare speak volumes. At 6'7" and 330 pounds, Big Bubba looks more than capable of inflicting tremendous damage.

Sullivan made it clear Rogers would be instrumental in exacting revenge and reclaiming his rightful place atop the Dungeon of Doom faction. After mentoring the Giant to superstardom, Sullivan hopes to now groom Big Bubba into WCW's next unstoppable monster.

This new alliance spells bad news for the Giant, who continues asserting himself in the main event scene. With Sullivan's devious mind plotting against him, the Giant's days as Dungeon of Doom's alpha monster may be numbered. Big Bubba is primed to become Kevin Sullivan's weapon of destruction.

Flair and Orndorff Assault Hogan Post-Havoc

Still gloating after his title defense over Ric Flair at Halloween Havoc, Hulk Hogan was interrupted by an irate Nature Boy. Flair made it clear he wasn't finished with Hogan, vowing to reclaim the World Championship.

"You got lucky once, Hulkster. But your days as champion are numbered," Flair warned.

As the two icons traded verbal jabs in the ring, Paul Orndorff suddenly blindsided Hogan from behind. Orndorff joined Flair in laying a vicious beating on the champ, still feeling the effects from his war with Flair the night before.

"Look at you now, Hogan! Not so mighty without backup," Flair mocked as he rained punches on a prone Hogan. Orndorff added a devastating piledriver that left Hogan helpless.

The assault ended with Flair locking Hogan in the figure-four as payback. Flair and Orndorff stood tall over the fallen champion, sending a message that this rivalry was far from over.

"It's my time now, Hogan! I'm gonna make your life a living hell until that title's around my waist," Flair promised.

Hulk Hogan was left writhing in pain, the wind knocked out of his sails. With Orndorff aiding Flair's vengeance on this night, it seems Hogan will need eyes in the back of his head. The champ survived Halloween Havoc, but Flair and now Orndorff have him on high alert as WW3 approaches.

Savage Unleashes Scathing Tirade, Embraces Dark Side

In a shocking backstage interview, Randy "Macho Man" Savage went on an intense tirade before making his way to the ring to fully unleash on the fans and other WCW wrestlers.

"For too long, I've been held back in WCW. For too long, I've been disrespected by the fans and the washed-up has-beens in the locker room," Savage seethed, his voice dripping with contempt.

As he marched through the backstage area, Savage's rhetoric became more hostile. "All you phony fans out there can stick it! You don't deserve the Macho Man anymore. And all the punks giving me the stink eye back here - you're all on notice!"

Arriving ringside, Savage grabbed the mic and channeled his inner rage. "Cut my music, I got something to say! Randy Savage is no longer here to please all you mindless sheep. I'm looking out for number one from here on out!"

Pacing the ring like a caged lion, the Macho Man viciously turned on the fans. "For two years I busted my butt trying to entertain each and every one of you. And how do you repay me? With apathy and disrespect! Well no more, do you hear me? NO MORE!"

"And Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair, Sting, Lex Luger - all you so-called top guys who never gave me my proper due? Consider this a declaration of war. Because the Macho Man is comin' for ALL of you!"

His tirade finally over, Savage symbolically threw down his trademark sunglasses and crushed them under his boots. The crowd booed mercilessly as the once-beloved icon made his shocking heel turn official.

"Ohhh yeah...the Madness is taking over! You ain't seen nothing yet!" Savage snarled in conclusion. The Macho Man is unleashed, and WCW will never be the same.

Bagwell Squeaks By Kanyon in Lackluster Affair

Current WCW Tag Team Champion Marcus Bagwell took on Chris Kanyon in singles action, but the two failed to put on an exciting match for the fans. While Bagwell got his hand raised, it was a largely forgettable contest.

The bigger, stronger Bagwell controlled the sluggish action early on by overpowering Kanyon. But Bagwell's offense looked sloppy and uninspired, relying on basic choking and clubbing forearms.

"Not sure what Bagwell is going for here, but it certainly isn't pretty," commented Tony Schiavone on Bagwell's aimless attack.

Kanyon finally created an opening with a desperation dropkick, then quickened the pace with a flurry of high impact moves. But just when it seemed Kanyon was rallying, Bagwell cut him off with a lackadaisical powerslam.

In the end, Bagwell clumsily hit his fisherman suplex finisher to put Kanyon away. "What an ugly-looking suplex by Bagwell, but it got the job done I guess," Bobby Heenan observed.

The champion prevailed, but both competitors came up short in terms of execution and intensity. On a more positive note, Chris Kanyon flashed potential despite the loss. As for Bagwell, he has room for improvement even as one half of the tag team titles. A wholly unremarkable affair all around.

DDP and Badd Brawl After Decisive Havoc Match

Even after Diamond Dallas Page's decisive victory over Johnny B. Badd at Halloween Havoc, their rivalry continued boiling over in an intense backstage brawl.

"I beat you fair and square, Badd! Admit I'm the better wrestler," shouted an emboldened DDP.

"You just got lucky, DDP. I want a rematch to prove you can't hang with me," Badd fired back.

The war of words soon turned physical, as DDP got the upper hand with a cheap shot on Badd. But Badd rallied back, seeking payback despite the clean loss.

Punches flew and furniture got smashed as officials struggled to separate the out-of-control rivals. DDP drew blood on Badd with a camera shot, but Badd responded by planting DDP through a table with a Diamond Cutter.

Security finally restored order before things got worse. But clearly Badd was still bitter about the result at Havoc.

"Any time, any place! I'll prove I'm the real master of the Diamond Cutter," DDP yelled as he got dragged away.

While DDP scored an undisputed win at Halloween Havoc, Badd appears hungry for revenge after this latest melee. With tensions higher than ever, their grudge match may be far from settled.

Hogan and Flair Go To War in Epic Nitro Championship Rematch

Following their brutal encounter at Halloween Havoc, Hulk Hogan put his WCW Championship on the line again just weeks later against a vengeance-seeking Ric Flair on Nitro. Their epic rematch was another instant classic between two icons at the height of their storied rivalry.

A furious Flair aggressively took it to the champion in the opening minutes, trying to ground Hogan with a barrage of chop blocks and figure-four leglocks to the knees. But Hogan, still feeling the effects of their war at Havoc, powered through the pain and fought back with thunderous shoulder blocks and clotheslines.

"Hogan is showing that refusal to stay down after the battle these two had at Havoc," noted Tony Schiavone on commentary. "The champion just will not yield!"

A rake of the eyes allowed the crafty Flair to take back over. He began methodically wearing down Hogan, using every dirty trick imaginable. When Flair exposed a turnbuckle ring and drove Hogan's head into the steel, it busted Hogan open and put the champ on rubber legs. Sensing gold within his grasp, Flair callously punished the reeling Hogan with a series of rolling vertical suplexes that elicited "Woooos" from the crowd.

"Flair has drawn first blood and is dissecting the champion! We could be looking at a new World Champion here tonight," Schiavone declared.

But in a testament to his bottomless resolve, Hogan somehow absorbed Flair's relentless assault and began battling back. With Jimmy Hart cheering him on ringside, Hogan appeared to be Hulking up as he shook off Flair's attacks. A series of big right hands from the champion backed Flair into the corner. In a stunning reversal of fortunes, Hogan exacted revenge for the earlier turnbuckle spot by whipping Flair face-first into the exposed steel.

"Vintage Hogan! He's been busted open, battered relentlessly, but now the Hulkster turns the tables!" shouted an incredulous Bobby Heenan.

After knocking Flair wobbly with the big boot, Hogan sealed the deal when he dropped the Leg Drop to put Flair away for the 1-2-3. Somehow, someway, the champion's hand was raised. Hogan had successfully retained his title again over Flair in an absolutely grueling affair that left both men battered and exhausted.

"Incredible effort once again from these two legends, but Hogan digs deep to gut out the victory! The Hulkster's reign continues!" Schiavone proclaimed.

While a thirst for vengeance consumed him after Havoc, Ric Flair ultimately fell short again in this physical Nitro rematch. But Hulk Hogan proved why he is the man by surviving another gritty title defense against his arch-rival. Their storied rivalry wrote another unforgettable chapter tonight!

WCW Tag Team Championship Match: The Nasty Boyz vs. American Males (C)

The Nasty Boyz, known for their brutal style, faced off against the defending champions, American Males, in a match filled with hard-hitting action.

The match began with a chaotic brawl, as both teams were eager to make a statement. The Nasty Boyz, Jerry Sags, and Brian Knobbs utilized their stiff and dangerous working style to punish Marcus Bagwell and Scotty Riggs.

Commentary snippet: "The Nasty Boyz are living up to their name tonight, really laying into the champions!"

The American Males fought back, using their tag team synergy to execute a series of tandem maneuvers. Bagwell's rebellious spirit was evident as he shrugged off the Nasty Boyz's heavy blows and fired back with strikes of his own.

Commentary snippet: "Bagwell's taking a beating, but he's giving it right back. This match is getting downright nasty!"

The big moment of the match came when Jerry Sags attempted a flying elbow drop from the top rope but missed, allowing Scotty Riggs to hit a stunning dropkick.

Commentary snippet: "Sags missed the mark, and Riggs makes him pay! Can the American Males capitalize?"

Despite the Nasty Boyz's relentless assault, the American Males managed to turn the tide with some quick tags and teamwork. The finish saw Bagwell connect with a Fisherman's Suplex on Knobbs, followed by Riggs landing a flying splash for the pin.

Rating: 2.25 stars

Commentary snippet: "American Males retain, but that was far from a pretty victory."

Winner: American Males

The American Males successfully defended their titles, but the match's lackluster performance did little to boost the prestige of the WCW Tag Team Championship. The Nasty Boyz's aggressive style failed to secure the victory, leaving both teams with much to prove in their continued pursuit of tag team excellence.

**Ric Flair's Ultimate Disrespect to the WCW World Heavyweight Championship**

The arena is electric as Ric Flair struts down the entrance ramp, adorned in one of his finest robes, and carrying a highly conspicuous item: Hulk Hogan's WCW World Heavyweight Championship belt. The crowd erupts into a mix of cheers and jeers as Flair climbs into the ring, his face exuding arrogance.

Flair grabs the microphone and the arena's noise settles into a simmering anticipation. He raises the championship high above his head.

"Whooo! Ladies and gentlemen, feast your eyes on what was once the most prestigious title in all of professional wrestling!" Flair's voice rings out, filled with a mix of glee and contempt. "But now? Now, it's just a piece of leather and metal, tainted by a champion who's not worthy of calling himself the best. A champion who pales in comparison to the Nature Boy!"

The crowd's reaction is divided, with some fans voicing their agreement while others loudly voice their disapproval.

Flair continues, "Hogan, you call yourself a champion? You call yourself the face of WCW? You're a disgrace to this belt and everything it stands for. And until the true champ, the Nature Boy Ric Flair, wins it back and cleans it of your stench, this belt belongs in the trash!"

With a dramatic flourish, Flair tosses the championship belt into a nearby trash can, the heavy clang resonating through the arena. He then exits the ring, leaving the discarded belt behind, as the crowd erupts into pandemonium.

**Commentary:**

Tony Schiavone: "I can't believe what we just witnessed! Ric Flair, showing absolute disrespect to the WCW World Heavyweight Championship, and to Hulk Hogan himself! This is unprecedented, Bobby!"

Bobby Heenan: "Say what you want, Tony, but Flair is making a statement. He's sending a message to Hogan and the entire WCW that he's not here to play games. He believes he's the true champion, and he's not going to rest until he proves it."

Tony Schiavone: "But to throw the championship in the trash? That's a level of disrespect I've never seen before. I can only imagine how Hogan will respond to this."

Bobby Heenan: "One thing's for sure, Tony, this rivalry has reached a boiling point, and it's only going to get hotter from here!"

The camera lingers on the trash can containing the belt as the segment fades to commercial, leaving viewers in shock at Flair's audacious actions and eager to see what will come next in this heated feud.

The feud gets hotter by 10%

The opening minutes see a back-and-forth contest, with Duggan using his brawling style and Savage showcasing his athletic prowess.

Savage, never one to be outdone, fights back and looks to end the match with his patented flying elbow drop. However, Duggan counters at the last moment, catching Savage with a powerful slam.

In the closing moments, Duggan lands his signature running clothesline, followed by a thunderous body slam. He then covers Savage for the pin.

**Winner: Hacksaw Jim Duggan**

**Rating: 3 stars**

**Commentary:**

Tony Schiavone: "What an upset! Hacksaw Jim Duggan has defeated Randy Savage here tonight! A true testament to his veteran savvy and unbreakable spirit."

Bobby Heenan: "I'm in shock, Tony. Duggan pulled out all the stops and proved that age is just a number. But you have to wonder what this loss means for Savage's momentum."

Tony Schiavone: "Indeed, Bobby. A loss to a legend like Duggan is nothing to be ashamed of, but it's a setback for Savage nonetheless. Only time will tell how he'll bounce back."

The show ends with Duggan celebrating in the ring, a triumphant smile on his face, as the fans cheer him on, proving once again that the spirit of a true legend never fades.

The show is a 3.25* show

Lord Steven Regal changed from Happy to Content and Jim Duggan apparently got hurt and they're checking him out. This triggers the availability of an injury revenge feud between Duggan and Savage in the future.

Nitro doubles RAW's viewership where Hart def. Michaels again kept the INTERCONTINENTAL belt (4.25*) while Bam Bam Bigelow defeated Isaac Yankem, DDS for the World Heavyweight Championship (2.75*), Razor Ramon and Bret Hart kick off a "Friendly contest" feud, Aja Kong and Alundra Blayze start a Fall From Grace feud, and finally, Ahmed Johnson and Dean Douglas been a grudge feud. Their night started with Razor Ramon interrupting Hart's opening monologue and registered a 4.75* segment.

On ECW Raven defended his ECW Heavyweight Championship against Sandman and this starts the "New Challenger" feud, Raven also starts a "disrespect" feud with Psicosis, and what could be an amazing feud, Terry Funk and Cactus Jack kick off a "disrespect" feud between the two of them.

We find out the next day Duggan partially tore his Achilles so he's shelved for around 6 months if not longer.

**Savage in the ring, microphone in hand, his eyes wild with a mixture of triumph and frustration. The crowd is booing heavily.**

**Savage:** "Ohhhh yeah, brothers and sisters! You all saw what happened last week, didn't you? You saw the Macho Man take down that over-the-hill has-been Hacksaw Jim Duggan! You saw the danger that I am! You saw what happens when you get in the ring with a real legend!"

**Crowd continues to boo as Savage paces around the ring, his voice dripping with arrogance.**

**Commentary (Tony Schiavone):** "This is a new side of Savage we're seeing. It's cruel and cold, and it's clear he's here to make a statement."

**Savage:** "Flukes! That's what those losses were! Flukes! Kamala? Duggan? They got lucky, but their luck ran out! And as for Duggan's injury, well... that's what happens when you mess with the madness! He's out for six months, and when he comes back, if he ever does, he'll think twice before crossing the Macho Man again!"

**Commentary (Bobby Heenan):** "You have to admit, Tony, Savage is showing a new level of intensity. It's almost scary."

**Savage:** "I don't care about friends; I don't care about fans; I don't care about anything but destroying everything in WCW! I'm coming for the gold, and anyone who stands in my way is going down! Nobody is safe! Nobody can stop the madness! Because the Macho Man is the most dangerous man in WCW, and I'm proving it every single week! Dig it?!"

**Savage drops the microphone, his face twisted into a malevolent grin as he exits the ring to a chorus of jeers and boos.**

**Commentary (Tony Schiavone):** "Strong words from Randy Savage. He's a man on a mission, and it's clear that he'll stop at nothing to achieve his goals. WCW better be ready for this new and ferocious Macho Man."

**Commentary (Bobby Heenan):** "I don't like the look in his eyes, Tony. He's not playing games anymore. This is a whole new level of danger from the Macho Man."

5*, Savage was incredible. 100% effectiveness

**Jerry Lynn (face) vs. One Man Gang (heel)**

The match opens with One Man Gang using his size and power to try to intimidate and overpower Jerry Lynn, shoving him into the corners and delivering crushing body blows. Lynn's speed and agility, however, allow him to duck and dodge, and he quickly takes control with an array of quick strikes and high-flying maneuvers.

**Commentary (Tony Schiavone):** "Jerry Lynn is showing why he's one of the most exciting talents in WCW right now. He's not backing down from the One Man Gang's size advantage."

Lynn's "Workhorse" trait shines as he keeps the pace up, hitting a beautiful springboard moonsault that gets the crowd on their feet. One Man Gang struggles to keep up with Lynn's pace but manages to catch him with a big boot that nearly takes Lynn's head off.

**Commentary (Bobby Heenan):** "One Man Gang may have the size, but he's having a hard time dealing with Lynn's speed and agility."

One Man Gang then tries to slow the match down, using his weight to his advantage with a series of bear hugs and a crushing avalanche in the corner. Lynn's resilience shines through as he fights back, displaying his "Gifted Acrobat" skills with a series of impressive aerial attacks.

As the match reaches its climax, One Man Gang goes for a big splash but misses, allowing Lynn to hit a DDT followed by a tornado DDT. He then scales the top rope and lands a perfect flying crossbody for the 1-2-3.

**Winner = Jerry Lynn**

**Commentary (Tony Schiavone):** "What a performance by Jerry Lynn! He's overcome the size and power of the One Man Gang and shown why he's one of the brightest stars in WCW today."

**Commentary (Bobby Heenan):** "Lynn's got a big future ahead of him, Tony. With performances like this, he's quickly becoming a fan favorite and a force to be reckoned with."

**Rating: 3 stars**

*Ric Flair struts into the ring, mic in hand, a look of arrogance and confidence on his face. The crowd's boos fill the arena as Flair starts to speak.*

**Flair:** "Wooooo! Look at all you people, so quick to cheer for a so-called champion like Hulk Hogan. A man who has the gall to call himself the best, but doesn't have the skill or the class to back it up. The Nature Boy is the real deal, the true champion, and don't you forget it!"

**Flair:** "Believe in you? Hogan, they're deluded! You're living in the past. You think holding that belt makes you the man? It makes you a target, and I won't rest until I take what's rightfully mine."

**Hogan:** "Well, let me tell you something, brother! If you want a shot at the title, you'll have to prove you're worthy. As far as I'm concerned, you're all talk, no action."

*The two legends stand nose to nose, neither man backing down, the tension palpable. The crowd's chants and cheers create a deafening roar as the two icons stare each other down, neither willing to give an inch.*

**Taped Segment: The Giant's Message to Kevin Sullivan**

In a chilling and darkly cinematic scene, we find ourselves in a hauntingly lit cemetery at night. The camera pans slowly, and the focus tightens on a tombstone bearing the name "Sullivan." The Giant, a towering and menacing figure, stands beside it, a twisted grin on his face.

The segment is masterfully shot, capturing the ominous atmosphere and playing on the mind games and psychological warfare that have defined Kevin Sullivan's entire career.

The Giant lights a torch and, with a look of wicked intent, sets fire to the tombstone. The flames dance and flicker, casting eerie shadows as The Giant turns to the camera, his eyes fixed as if staring into Sullivan's very soul.

**The Giant:** "Sullivan, do you see what I see? Do you feel the heat? This is your legacy burning, your future crumbling into ashes. You thought you could play games with me? You thought you could manipulate and control me? You are nothing but a name on a stone, waiting to be forgotten."

The Giant's voice is cold and menacing, his words dripping with contempt.

**The Giant:** "I am everything you fear, everything you can never be. I am the force that will crush you and leave you broken and defeated. Your time is coming, Sullivan, and there's no escape. Your mind games, your tricks, they won't save you. The fire is burning, and it's coming for you."

The scene cuts to Sullivan, seen rushing out of the building, his face a mask of shock and rage. He has seen the message, and the realization hits him: The Giant is playing his own game now.

**Rating: 4.75 stars**
**Effectiveness: 100%**

**Commentary:**

**Tony Schiavone:** "I have never seen anything like this, Bobby. The Giant has turned the tables on Sullivan, and this feud has reached a whole new level of intensity."

**Bobby Heenan:** "You're right, Tony. The Giant has taken a page out of Sullivan's playbook, and now he's the one pulling the strings. This is psychological warfare at its finest, and I can't wait to see where it goes from here."

**Tony Schiavone:** "This is more than just a battle in the ring; it's a war of minds. The Giant has sent a clear message tonight, and Sullivan has to be feeling the heat. What a segment, what a night!"

The segment ends with one last shot of the burning tombstone, a symbol of The Giant's wrath and a haunting promise of what's to come. The images linger in the minds of viewers, a dark and unforgettable moment that raises the stakes of this feud to a fever pitch.

The feud picks up about 15% heat to 85

**Segment: Contract Signing between Ric Flair and Hulk Hogan for WW3**

The lights dim, and the epic music heralds the arrival of "The Nature Boy" Ric Flair. Dressed to the nines, Flair struts to the ring with his signature flair and arrogance, wooing the crowd all the way. The arena is filled with energy, a mix of cheers and jeers, and the anticipation is palpable.

Then, "Real American" hits, and the crowd erupts as Hulk Hogan bursts onto the stage, flexing his muscles and energizing the fans. Hogan's larger-than-life presence fills the arena as he makes his way to the ring, his eyes locked on Flair.

A table is set up in the center of the ring with two chairs, the contract between them. Both men take their seats, but the tension is so thick it could be cut with a knife. They lock eyes, neither willing to look away.

Flair takes the microphone, delivering a scathing promo that's pure Flair, filled with bravado and insults. Hogan responds in kind, hyping the crowd and promising to defeat Flair at WW3.

Finally, they both sign the contract. Just when it seems like the segment might end peacefully, Flair suddenly spits at Hogan. The crowd gasps, and Hogan's face turns red with rage. He stands up, decking Flair with a powerful right hand.

All hell breaks loose. Flair and Hogan are brawling like wild animals, neither giving an inch. Officials and security rush the ring, but they can't contain the chaos. The locker room empties as wrestlers come down to try to break them apart.

In the midst of the melee, the camera catches Randy Savage at the top of the ramp, a sinister smile on his face, wringing his hands and enjoying the anarchy unfolding in the ring.

**Commentary:**

Tony Schiavone: "My God, Bobby! What have we just witnessed? This is total chaos, and WW3 is shaping up to be an explosive event!"

Bobby Heenan: "Tony, I've never seen anything like this. Flair and Hogan are at each other's throats, and this is just the contract signing. What's going to happen when they actually face each other in the ring?"

Tony Schiavone: "I don't know, but one thing's for sure: WW3 is going to be a night to remember!"

The show ends with the ring filled with superstars trying to separate Flair and Hogan, the tension between them more intense than ever, and Savage's gleeful face a haunting reminder that anything can happen in the world of professional wrestling.

**Rating: 4.75 stars**

**Opening Match: Dean Malenko vs. The Shark**

The arena is buzzing as Dean Malenko, known for his technical prowess, squares off against The Shark, a mammoth of a man. The contrast in styles sets the stage for an intriguing battle.

**Match Summary:**

The bell rings, and Malenko immediately goes for the legs, trying to chop down the big man with a series of low kicks. The Shark swats him away and lands a heavy bodyslam. Malenko counters by locking in a leglock, but The Shark powers out.

Mid-match, The Shark showcases his power with a massive gorilla press slam, dropping Malenko from way up high. Malenko, never one to be deterred, counters with an impressive armbar, really working the joints.

As the match progresses, Malenko attempts a missile dropkick from the top rope but is caught in mid-air by The Shark, who converts it into a devastating powerbomb.

In the end, The Shark surprises everyone by dodging a flying crossbody from Malenko and capitalizing with his finishing move, the Shark Attack, a sit-out powerbomb, for the win.

**Winner: The Shark**

**Rating: 3.75 stars**

**Commentary:**

Tony Schiavone: "What an incredible opening match, folks! The Shark just proved that size and power can sometimes outdo technical skill."

Bobby Heenan: "Malenko gave it his all, but The Shark was just too much for him tonight. This is a big win for The Shark, no pun intended."

The crowd is buzzing as The Shark celebrates, clearly setting the tone for what promises to be an unforgettable night at World War 3.

**Second Match: Harley Race vs. Eddie Guerrero**

The atmosphere remains electric as wrestling legend Harley Race steps into the ring, his demeanor oozing confidence and grit. Eddie Guerrero, a rising star with a high-flying arsenal, looks focused and ready for the challenge.

**Match Summary:**

Harley Race starts strong, using his experience to trap Eddie in a headlock, grounding the younger star. Eddie counters, flipping out of the hold and hitting a quick arm drag. The pace picks up as Eddie flies off the ropes but gets caught by Race with a stiff knee to the gut.

Race gains momentum, hitting a delayed vertical suplex, and follows it up with a diving headbutt. Guerrero manages to roll out of the way just in time, creating the space he needs.

Taking advantage, Guerrero quickens the pace, hitting a series of luchador-inspired moves including a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker and a flying headscissors. Race tries to catch him off-guard with a surprise clothesline, but Eddie ducks and nails Race with a springboard crossbody.

The climax of the match comes when Race looks to end it with a piledriver. Eddie reverses it into a back body drop and immediately hits a Frog Splash from the top rope for the pin.

**Winner: Eddie Guerrero**

**Rating: 4.25 stars**

**Commentary:**

Tony Schiavone: "An absolutely incredible match. Eddie Guerrero just scored a career-defining win over a bona fide legend in Harley Race."

Bobby Heenan: "That was something special, Tony. Both men gave it their all, but Eddie was able to come out on top. This is a match we'll be talking about for a long time."

The crowd roars in approval as Eddie Guerrero celebrates his hard-fought victory, marking it as one of the standout performances in World War 3 so far.
