My friend in Manila is very worried about Duterte. His theatre company just did a piece on the history of war crimes in the Phillipines as a sort of protest.

yeah the Philippines seems to have had more than their "fair share" of bad Presidents. Hope he doesn't cause too much harm to the country before he's done.

Doesn't have to be doing anything. Kids in the Philippines are getting are getting killed because the police decide they need to be executed.
