Woh! I just re-read the rules. Didn't see that it was the characters that voted and not the players so you get multiple votes. And you can "inherit" other people's characters. Cool.

All abilities will be given before wolves are assigned, so you won't be able to even try and guess the wolves based on revealed abilities.

Yeah, I had INspector Closseau of Pink Panther initially.. But I didn't think I could keep up with the role playing of him. lol. Even though I make as many mistakes as he does.... so maybe I need to switch back.

Just remember that two weeks from today is Independence Day, so we'd have a three day weekend that probably wouldn't work well for weekend play smack in the middle.

Alright, I think this kind of sucks, but what I think I want to do is postpone this until after the July 4th weekend. Due to some stuff that came up today, I won't be able to start it today / tomorrow as planned and I think we will lose a couple signups by starting it right before the July 4th weekend. I think if I wait until after, I think we lose Narcizo, but can gain some guys like Lathum, Eaglefan, and some others. In the meantime, I encourage someone to start up a smaller game. I apologize for this and hopefully this doesn't take the steam out of the game. I also will be sending stat and ability to each of you in the meantime so you can look it over and see if you might want to make any chances / have suggestions.

FWIW, the thing that came up is I am finishing up my comps over summer and while the class extends until mid to late August, my professor has informed me that his availability after mid July is very spotty, so I have to get him drafts of my remaining comps asap. My goal is to have them all to him by next Thursday so that he can send me any revisions needed before his availability goes down.

I think that considering everything this is probably the best path. Trying to run a game like this without full GM and community buy-on is probably a bad idea, and this way a more normal game can get started late this week and hopefully finish before the holiday weekend.
